Synastry and a Composite of my boyfriend and I In the beginning it was great I never had a connection that felt this natural before, we seemed to be okay But the more I see his his ways the more I feel turned away or something He’s lazy and seems to be-un driven or content, I’m driven and likes to go out and do things He comes of as a Aries with No Fire. I feel like I give more than I receive. The interesting part is he talks about marriage from time to time and told my mom he wants decide on marrying Me by the end of the year. I’m more of a planner and Get it done, he seems to be too much of a think or dreamer and wait too long to get things done. I didn’t get excited about it because I wasn’t sure how serious he is about that and there’s ways about him I don’t like, it’s the laziness that’s been getting to me and sometimes he acts like he doesn’t care about his appearance so when we’re out together I look more “put together” than He does. I’m so stuck in the middle With these feelings because It it seems like there’s long term potential but sometimes I feel like I’ll be managing a child. A lot of people are experiencing increased depression and apathy at this time because of the outside conditions. This can zap/drain people's energy, motivation, etc. I'm an introvert and I like and need periods of aloneness, but this lack of social connection has even been getting to me. If he has been this way completely since you have known him and pre Covid/shut downs, then ignore the above. (I have a Libra Moon with Venus in Aquarius in the 7th, and have an emotional attachment to viewing things from many different sides and trying to be fair and balanced). IP: Logged |

Hi AstroFreak114,He actually looks very serious in committing with you... his Aries Sun is clearly afflicted by his natal Saturn conjunct Venus, this means he has a sort of block against the typical outgoing and impulsive action of Aries which he seems to subconsciously control a lot, also cause he has Chiron in Scorpio in his 2nd house of self-value opposite Mercury square Neptune, this is an heavy inner issue he carries for a strong lack of self-worth and lack of confidence in relationships, and that can give him depression and deep discouragement. But Saturn/Sun also means he's very serious and that he ponders his choices/moves, and with the Venus conjunction he is serious in committment. With your Moon/Saturn midpoint conjunct to his stellium in his 7th house he obviously wants to commit with you on long term basis and might want to marry you, this falls in your 10th house, but square to your Venus/Mercury/DSC... this gives me the feeling that you feel this committment too serious as a burden you're not ready of and gives you a lot of doubts and insecurity instead of safe feelings... in fact this happens in your 10th house but you dont have his planets on your 7th, you have his Chiron conjunct to your Chiron in your 5th house, so again this looks more a heavy burden to you than a happy and joyful outgoing relationship... in fact in your 5th house you also receive his Mercury/Chiron opposition square to your/his Neptune... this means that his own inner issues become an issue and a burden to you hindering you to enjoy the romantic and more playful side of the relationship.... Your Nodes are conjunct on his ASC/DSC axis, so you clearly feel the karmic connection and that there's a significant bond. In the Composite chart you have a strong emotional bond with Moon/DSC, and Mars/North Node gives an initial soul mate feeling, this means that you instantly felt to be meant to be toegther. There's an overall strong compatibility for love and long term, and with Saturn sextile Jupiter, Mars/North Node trine Neptune, and Juno conjunct MC, there's clearly a big potential for long term and his devotion/long term plans. The problem is that Uranus/Jupiter is square MC/Juno, and square Chiron... this is again a divisive burden and Juno/MC square Uranus/Jupiter is usually a strong divorce/break up aspect or it might suggest that a marriage wouldnt last too long. In addition, the Nodes are trine to Neptune, and this would suggest that there is a karma and a soul connection, this is a very compassionate aspect suggesting that this relationship needs more awareness of where the other stands and feels and that really sharing plans/direction and opening up at a deeper level is required. ....keep in mind that transiting Uranus retrograde is currently conjunct Composite Juno square Jupiter/Uranus, and that transiting Mars retrograde is square to Neptune, so this whole transit configuration is likely triggering your impulses to break up. I would suggest to ponder things and wait for Mars retrograde to turn direct before taking abrupt decisions which you might regret later.IP: Logged |

He wants to marry but I don’t feel 100% on board because he treats himself like nothing, it’s weird he doesn’t put effort into himself and his masculine energies seem to be low. I get bored easily not in relationships I can be loyal and committed but I love Just go out and do things. He could be lazy when it comes to making himself look nice to getting tasks done, It feels like a drag sometimes. It’s been affecting the intimacy part too. Could elaborate on his chiron aspect ? Like you mentioned he has low self worth so how is it playing into our relationship? IP: Logged |

It plays out that you can support him and he actually needs your support to find his self-worth, but that this also becomes a burden to you. I think there are elements of true love and a strong emotional bond, but this requires you to take such burden and accept his issues/support his healing. I think you should honestly open up about all this with him.IP: Logged |

No wonder it feels like I’m carrying 50 lbs on My back, i feel like I’m the happy go lucky striving for romance but yet I’m his Soul Repairman, Hopefully I can talk to him about this without him being sensitive defense because he can’t take constructive criticism. He even wants to start a family but something infertility related seems to block that. I have chiron in 5th and his chiron is my 5th so that’s probably why But what you said explains my feelings in ways I couldn’t even explain it

If he doesnt take constructive criticism there's nothing you can do about it, but I think opening up would be good for both of you, and he should appreciate your honesty (he's still an Aries Sun/Saturn :-) so I am sure he prefers honesty than you holding back your doubts and feelings...). The main thing here is that if you feel the love bond, you should try to understand each others' issues, rather than just express criticism, and understand if it's possible to support each others' need, otherwise the Composite Uranus/Jupiter square MC/Juno is a bad omen and I doubt his plans for marriage would work out... Yes, Chiron in 5th could also point out to infertility and with the mercury/neptune t-square in synastry this also can become a heavy burden/issue. Unless the Chiron energy is used positively. This is possible cause Composite Chiron in 3rd house is square to Jupiter, demanding awareness through communication, and it is trine to Venus in Aquarius, pointing to "true love" and selfless attitude. Plus, Neptune trine the Nodes, which is a soulmate aspect.
