I have never felt so genuinely interested in someone before as much as I am in this man. I think about him all the time. I want to talk to him for days. I want to be close to him. He makes me nervous and giddy. He fascinates me.

But, he never mentioned anything about feeling anything special for me. He is difficult to read and he told me once that he can't do committed monogamous relationships. I'm already invested in him emotionally without even meaning which terrifies me. I don't know if he feels the same.

Should I keep my distance?

I'm in blue (Sagittarius Sun). He is in red (Aries Sun).

IMO life is too short to be unsure. Move on, otherwise you are being unfair to yourself. The right person will gladly receive all the emotions you have to give and won't play around with their own emotions for you. I've always felt this type of stuff should be natural (and not so hard), point-blank.

I would not invest my emotions into someone else unless I knew they were ready to invest theirs in me, again, life too short for wasting my valuable time and emotions o one sided stuff. Period.

Well, hope it works out for you.

Nobody wants to invest more, catch -22...
He has some feeling with moon/Ic, moon/ Jupiter. Sun opp. Moon. His Pluto conj. your Venus Mercury looks somewhat similar to his Gemini Venus opp. Pluto. Your moons sq. Uranus natal show both of your can enjoy some freedom in relationships. If your moon mars opp. would be a little closer, it would be much better.
What he says about monogamous relationships looks like the truth. His Venus opp. Pluto gives some hope for commitment.
Composite could show long-term commitment better.

Hi ya

The composite chart shows mercury square to the node with Sedna conjunct the south node.
This pattern give a very euro g mental connection is why you could talk to him forever.mercury square can give actual psychic connections so you might find you can read each others thoughts at time.Sedan on the south node shows that you and he have shared have share a uncommon level of truthfulness .everything is heart felt and honest.
But I am afraid his truthfulness extends to his feeling GS about relationships.
The mars/Venus midpoint is square nessus so there is zero chance this will become romantic.
In addition Orcus is opposed to mars and the sun which shows no emotional connection.
Jupiter is opposed to Lilith which is why you feel deep down there is a chance you can get together, but Saturn is square to Jupiter which makes a serious relationship virtually impossible.
The jupitrrjuno midpoint is square to Ceres which gives you the need to serve and support him.
The moon is square to Uranus and Neptune which shows your emotional expectations of him suddenly reciprocal zyi g your feeling vs,but Neptune makes this a hopeless dream.the midpoint ts of these planets ate conjunct Jupiter, which makes you feel deep I side you will be with him.
It is rare to find someone who will be totallyy honest and truthful.he could be a very important Friend and mentor but your self delusions will drive him away if you persist.
Again honestime you and he have is rare.he is being honest with you about a romantic attachment.

That's the funny thing. I used not to care about commitment because I never got emotionally attached to any of my previous partners. But with him, it's different. I want to make him mine. It's so bizarre. I've never the possessive type.

This is the link to the composite. I'm sorry I don't know how to fix the link so it shows full image in the post.

I’m not that good with composite. Todd knows better, but you could ask for the second opinion the other composite experts here.

It’s interesting moon squares not only in synastry, but in composite mirror your natal moon aspects. So you both have opportunity to learn and make deal with your personal emotional issues here. It might be not easy. You might need to fix yourself first. With well aspected Sun, It’s a meaningful relationship and might be official, but how durable...
Saturn and later Pluto transits are coming for his moon. It might change his relationship beliefs for better or make you part of his Saturn/Pluto lessons what might be unpleasant. Never know how it could go.

It's so clear to see why this man has had such an impact on you. I would love to see a composite with the juno aspects, is the birth time accurate?

The moon and Jupiter in 4th to the sun and mercury in 8th compared to all these planets in the 7th. However, they do seem one-sided. On the basis of just this, I would not see something substantial here.

If he said that he can't do monogamous relationships, and that's what you want (just him), then I would stay away.

I know someone who used to be poly. She would break up with the guys she was dating, except for one - she wanted him to be her partner, but he wasn't in love with her. He liked her a lot, but it wasn't *love* love. She's now married and monogamous - this was over a decade ago. She never expected to be monogamous again.

I've always thought the same thing as Travelman: "It should a lot easier."

This actually happened with the guy who is in my life now (sort of), but I don't want to get into that now.

Thanks for replying. Yeah, the birthdate is accurate but he isn't so sure about the birth time, just gave one which his mom once told him.

In any case, I chose to keep my distance in the end. I kept things strictly platonic and decided to just be content being his friend.
He noticed it and openly told me that it irked him even though he didn't understand why.

I saw no point in hiding things at this point so I just told him that I have feelings for him and that it was okay if it's only one-sided. I still wanted to be friends, no expectation of anything else or whatsoever. He didn't look surprised. I'm guessing he already knew.

He also looked uncomfortable so I asked him if me having for feelings for him made him feel so and he said that it wasn't that. I pressed it and he replied that I confused him or rather his feelings for me confused him. He didn't feel like he could give me what I needed but he also didn't want to lose me.

Then we had this long, open and honest conversation about monogamy and commitment and I told him those were deal breakers for me and since he couldn't commit then there is no point in us trying to be anything more than friends even if he changed his mind in the future. It is better to just treasure what we have.

So he nodded, kept quiet and that was all.

Btw, what do you mean 'it's so clear' he would have such an impact on me? What gives that away?

I checked the Composite with Juno and it only had a total of four aspects.

Juno is in the Fifth House in Sagittarius at 29°53.
It Sextile Moon, Square Chiron, Semisquare Mercury and Semisextile Uranus.

His Venus is conjunct your South Node. I have experienced this. He felt very familiar, as if we had been friends for years even though we had never met. The sense of familiarity led to a rapid security and trust, and a relationship happened very quickly (turned out I was wrong to trust him, but that's another story).

We were together 7 years. But in the end I outgrew him. Any feelings I had disappeared virtually overnight (although tPluto on my Venus/South Node probably helped this along somewhat).

What I am saying is that we can be seduced by this sense of having met before, thinking it means that a big love and grand passion is in the making, but in the end it can just be an old karmic tie from another lifetime. And once that karma is worked out, the relationship will end. Usually the South Node person feels the relationship has 'run its course' and starts to feel held back. It could even occur that you do not have to be 'together' to work this out, you could do it through a friendship. His rejection of a relationship could indicate an injury from your shared past. If this is the case, the best thing to do is to try and accept it, otherwise the same karmic lesson will present itself to you again in another form.
