The inner person has strong leo/and Capricorn energy very strongly. If the outer person is a male with the Venus in Taurus, he will be attracted to the grounded, stable, practical energy of the inner person.
The outer person is very firey and outgoing.
Inner person 7th ruler is Jupiter in saggy, outer person has moon in saggy plus Jupiter in the 1st house, other ruler is Neptune in the 5th, conjunct mercury and mars, they have sun in Aries (mars) sun in 1st house (Leo), and mercury in their 1st house.

Outer persons other asc ruler Neptune is in Aquarius either in the 11th or 12th house depending how exact the time of birth is, but either way the Aquarius energy matches inner persons Neptune conjunct Uranus and if it’s in the 12th it’s extra Pisces energy that they like (DSC sign) or extra Aquarius energy which is also attractive to them, especially if inner person is a male (their Venus is in Aquarius) and conjunct Neptune.
So outter person is almost a perfect 7th house energy/symbolism match for the inner person, besides the Capricorn/Saturn energy (the Neptune being in cappy and Saturn in the 7th house and potentially moon/cancer energy too depending how accurate birthtimes are exactly).
Then we have planetary overlays for the inner person with mercury in the 7th (not very significant lol but still) and sun in the 8th.

Neither of you have much 5th house stimulation going on, by overlay, aspects to the ruler or most importantly symbolism matches, but the edge goes to the inner person, since they have sun, mercury, mars in the 5th and the outer person sun and mercury in the 1st house and is an Aries, this matched their 5th house energies better than the outter persons cancer 5th house with moon in saggy.

But basically to answer your question: I’m going to say definitely the inner person, the cap sun Pisces moon feels more than the outer person. BUT that doesn’t mean the other person doesn’t also have feelings lol don’t worry it’s always one who cares more or has a bit more feelings. I’ve never seen a totally 100 percent balanced charts lol.
One thing I will say though is I think attraction is strong between you two, especially from the inner person, but compatibility and companionship might be lacking , and the deeper emotional intimacy/heartfelt feelings. So a long-term sustainable healthy connection is more iffy IMO once the infatuation stage wears off. But post the composite if you want a better and more comprehensive analysis that’s more predictive in nature of what you can expect in this connection etc.

Ahh ok makes sense! That’s the “bigger” type energy I was picking up.
Have you been in any movies or shows I might have seen? If not, you probably will make it big or at least have some sort of status. Not everyone becomes successful in the entertainment field, but I think you will, that’s why I was getting that you’re more “special”.

Well nothing in your chart per say, but like said I’m a psychic as well as an astrologer, so I easily can read and pick up on energies and other info intuitively. But now on to the composite;
The strong Aquarius energies is again giving me a friendship vibe, are you guys good friends or did you start out that way? Sun/mercury/Jupiter stellium is great for a fun, open, friendly connection. Not romantic per say, but good vibes and usually a learning or teaching connection and maybe one where you travel together (9th house) maybe for your careers or jobs, you might end up working together or you have similar career goals/aspirations (Venus and sn in the 10th) and bond over that. Your romance could also become very public and “couple goals” with Venus in the 10th.
I feel like the intellectual/mental connection between you two is the strongest, you probably love talking to each other and sharing ideas and have similar intelligence levels, one could be like a mentor to the other too or teach the other a lot of both of you do this for each other. This could also be an online or long distance type thing or it started that way or will involve some sort of distance or travel in the future definitely with the strong Jupiter AND 9th house energy.

This lack of 5th house energy between you guys in the synastry is showing up in the composite too, as it always will since composite is just an extension of synastry after all.
