The Synastry is solid in their of mutual attraction. Good 7th house activation for him, and good 5th/4th house for you and 7th too since Neptune is your 7th ruler and his Capricorn sun is hitting that plus the 8th house with his moon in there for you. PLUS your mars is being hit in a t-square. You’re gonna have the stronger feelings here, but I still see him being very attracted to you with your ASC ruler mercury in Scorpio conjunct his DSC.

That t-square I mentioned with your mars and his sun/moon is actually a part of a much bigger, more dynamic and intense powerful grand cross/square with your own natal t-square involving sun, moon, mars and his own natal t-square sun, moon, Saturn, Neptune. You’re both making each other’s natal t-squares into a closed pattern grand square. This is HUGE, mutual pattern completion like this tends to be so attractive and like you’ve found your missing piece, it’s such a dynamic energy and very exciting and gives tons of chemistry, especially with mars being involved, this is very intense. This is also why you both said “where have you been all my life”; you finished each other missing piece/sign for each other t-squares. Now together you’re stronger and more whole/cohesive and compete than apart (that grand cross energy when you’re together vs just t-squares when you’re apart). This connection can be very addictive and co-dependant because of this. But also remember it’s hard-aspects and some malefic challenging planets involved (mars/Saturn), Neptune too since it’s in hard aspect is gonna create boundary problems between you two and confusion or deception etc. Add the fact you have Pisces DSC and he has DSC in Scorpio with Pluto there... you both already innately have boundary/codependent issues and tendencies within your relationships.
Your mars being involved, square his sun AND moon, and you both being Aries moons lol you’re gonna argue and fight sometimes, this is a given. He will irritate and annoy you and get on your nerves more than the other way around (it’s YOUR mars). His Saturn and Neptune being involved, he’s gonna criticize you or try tell you what to do a lot, or make you feel insecure, and he COULD even gaslight you (Neptune) or create some confusion within your self making you doubt or second guess about yourself and who you are (sun/moon) or your actions/what you do (mars) etc. because of his disapproval and criticism at times (Saturn). If he does do this though it will be out of his own ego issues (sun involved in the pattern).
With Saturn involved too he could be a bit cold at times in regards to your feelings, he might get easily annoyed if you cry or get emotional, he’ll see it as irrational or immature etc. and he could make you feel like you can’t open up or be as vulnerable as you’d like or usually are (Saturn in your sun and moon) because of the way he responds when you do express yourself.
Also, his chiron is involved in all this grand cross action, so there could definitely be some pain and learning involved in this connection. Also his vertex being involved too, this is a very destined/fated KARMIC soulmate connection. Mainly for your healing, learning and growth, even if that involves a bit of pain to get your there in the end (chiron). This is a very important connection for you.
Your Saturn on his Venus is also gonna make him a bit more cold towards you, not as effusive or warm in his expression of affection towards you. So I do see some barriers to true intimacy and deep emotional connection between you two because of all this.
This is shown in the composite with the moon square Uranus too, the hot and cold feelings and emotional coolness/distance between you two. With moon in the 10th, you might mainly act emotional will each other in public or to make a point/impress other people kinda thing about the relationship, but it might be an illusion (square Neptune and Neptune on the DSC). This again might take awhile to all come to fruition, it’s just something I’m seeing as a possibility eventually.
You do have that Aries moon in common though which is going to give you some good common ground and understanding and will make living together easier. Although! I don’t recommend living together, because you have mutual mars conjunct IC lol! So you’re going to stimulate the most anger, annoyance, tension and arguments mainly in the domestic/home sphere and environment between you two. This theme is being repeated in the composite of course too.

The composite is kinda bad though not gonna lie. He’s not “the one” that’s forsure, like it’s not going to a long-term thing I highly doubt it; it’s too scattered , not enough conjunctions between the inner planets (or any conjunctions at all 🥴 or other strong aspects, fixed energy or Saturn to pull this through for the next 5 plus years, and the 6th house stuff is going to become a problem eventually as it always does. One of you eventually will be doing more and more invested in the relationship than the other, there’s an imbalance here. Sun in the 4th or 5th (depending house accurate TOB are to the minute which is never the case, what’s on our birth certificates is iffy unless an astrologer was in the room lol!) is good though. And looking at the Synastry it might be him who’s less invested and how that 6th house stuff plays out since you’re getting both 5th and 7th house but he’s only getting the 7th house in the Synastry. But it doesn’t look abusive or toxic so that’s major, and always a good thing and why I’m saying go for it. A bad long-term composite only matters if you plan on having a long-term connection or marriage etc. since it takes awhile for the composite to manifest and come into play anyways.
Just take it slow and try not to have too high of expectations (I know you got that Pisces DSC and it’s hard to be objective and not get swept up in the feelings and romance of it all lol❤️ but since I don’t see this being a good marriage or forever type thing, try to not get TOO invested or your heart broke if this doesn’t work out forever. Definitely watch his actions and make sure you know where he’s at and his true intentions with you (like I said that imbalance shown with the 6th house energy in the composite and lack of 5th house/strong Venus in the Synastry compared to you is worrying and something to be aware of).

This is an extremely positive aspect, enabling the two of you to "think as one" ... so, both know what the other is thinking - without either having to speak/express their thoughts orally.

There will be other aspects that cement your relationship, but this one immediately jumped-off the screen for me ... because it is a rare gift for two people to have, and has probably been acquired over many shared past lifetimes together.

"Fill yer boots" and "jump in at the deep end" with this relationship - as it almost certainly is a "match made in heaven" that was intended "to be enjoyed, here on Earth".
