Here in this Composite the detachment and separation is very clear. Saturn is quincunx Jupiter and the Saturn/Moon-Juno midpoint is opposite Jupiter, and the Moon-Juno/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct to South Node.
With Moon conjunct Juno and quincunx to Pluto, the connection looks emotionally very intense, the Mars/Venus midpoint is conjunct to Jupiter and trine to North Node, so there was a strong sense of committment and potential long term expectations... with Jupiter/Mercury trine to North Node/Uranus, there was likely a psychic connection. But Chiron is opposite Saturn and square to Eros/Vertex, so here there was an unattainable situation and the Chiron/Saturn opposition suggests that likely one of the two wasn't ready for such a committment... with Vertex here the separation looks quite fated.
