Hello all,Until now, I have largely ignored Lilith (Black Moon- H12, H21, H13) while reading charts. However, something clicked and now I am very interested in it's astrological meaning.
There's someone I feel very strongly connected to. I've known we have Lilith connections-- my AC exactly conjuncts his Lilith (H12), and his Mars exactly conjuncts my Lilith (H12)
But I just noticed my interpolated Priapus (H22) is exactly conjunct his interpolated Lilith (H21). His Priapus is 8 deg away from my Lilith (H21, H12) making it (almost?) a double whammy. Our composite has a 4 deg conjunction of the two.
Additionally, my True (oscillating) Lilith (H13) is exactly conjunct his Descendant.
Weirdly, his BML is 7 deg from his AC, whereas my BML is 7 deg from my DC.
There are other major significant aspects between us, so the presence of this one makes me curious.
Is this significant? Can you post your experiences with BML, and/or Priapus, in synastry?
The Black Moon Lilith is the apogee of the Moon's orbit. The moon orbits the earth not in a perfect circle, but an ellipse. Sometimes it is closer to the Earth, and sometimes it is farther away. BML is the point of the orbit farthest away from the earth. BML is associated with femininity, rawness, and hidden power.
Priapus (H22) is the astrological term for the perigee- the point closest to the Earth. It is very close to opposite BML, but due to gravitational influences, it isn't necessarily the exact opposite. Priapus is associated with masculinity, and the word "merging."
