Some thoughts:

• You are FREE when you no longer need to be approved by everyone, when you are no longer offended by the actions of others.

• The closer we move to our spiritual awareness, being free from our
  material agenda, we create an atmosphere of safety and protection.
  Only an unconscious person can be used and manipulated.

• Thoughts create your atmosphere.
  That means freedom is partner to taking RESPONSIBILITY.

• Sing your own unique song.
  Instead of the group chant of learned morals. Let the voice of the heart be heard clearly.
  To dance to the song of the heart, is to disregard whether the steps of the dance are
  different or similar to others.
  Living from your heart does not involve isolation from the wider community, does not
  exclude from harmonising with the group chant.

• Conditioned by everything we exposed to and everything we avoid.
  Where we live, what we eat, how and who we spent time with, what work we do, how we dress,
  are made under influence of conditioning.
  When aligned with our heart, choices are not longer made to the learnt values of others.
  The more our conditioning expresses itself without restraint, we will regenerate ourselves
  for healing and growth.

• Acceptance is forgiveness without obligation.
  A cessation of struggle, an absence to change anything without moral intervention.
  Allows the flow of Isness in its constant state of flux, to be as it IS.
  Life reveals to be a series of happenings, unpolluted by judgement, analysis and the
  intellectual regime of moral enforcement, by an honour of Isness.
  Enjoyment can only come with unconditional acceptance of all that IS -
  sadness, anger, pain, death, loss, grief, confusion, yearning, as much as happiness, love,
  pleasure.

• Enjoy desires without giving them importance, savouring the delicacy of their energetic
  motion.

• Judgement is no longer used by the heart.
  Freed from examining an intellectual moral before expression.
  Importance is a human invention, based on the moral judgement.
  Life is a celebration of existence, imbuing us with the gratitude that makes life a
  wondrous adventure.

• Truth or reality is simply all that IS.
  Love permeates the whole of what IS.
  To be in Love is to see divinity. We are Love, as we ARE.
  Love heals us when we give up the victim role.
  When we let out the anger, about those who have abused us, without grudge or anxiety,
  the victim role vanishes.
