You can eat dollar weeds. I juice them with apples and they are good.I just got rid of so many of them before I happened to look it up. I am so rocking to have all this nutritious stuff to juice You can also juice pursulane(sp) and these are really distinctive looking so you won't mix them up with anything else. ------------------

Like a silver dollar but a little smaller. I am so jazzed about this Randall cuz you don't have to plant things to juice and green things are really good for you.Your reminded me I have to look up more weeds to eat  ------------------

Juicing weeds gets old. It is so funny. My juice is so disgusting that my son won't drink it lolI am putting in some new veggies. Some weeds I love like Lamb's quarters but the dollars are NASTY  ------------------

Once my Son had an assignment where he drew a picture of the veggie he most hated.He drew this Huge to the ceiling bowl of nasty steaming puke green peas. And that kid could always draw. Come time for his conference, his teacher looked at me with Contempt and Reproach. Such a piecing gaze as I will not easily forget. I raced frantically through my mind for any incidence of said pea overindulgence, but none came to mind... Maybe I would add the frozen ones to a tuna casserole or chicken on the odd occasion. He never complained. Come to find out, he could Not think of a veggie he did not like. But the teacher did not agree. Once she had seen that picture, it was evermore inscribed upon her mind.
