The purpose of birdwatching for most of us is purely recreational, but I'm curious to hear personal accounts from those who "spy on birds" for environmental studies or ecological reasons. Can you tell us about some of your encounters here on LL?IP: Logged |

Not really... If you don't want to count the `weird types that hang out at airports, while I'm there doing some people-watching. IP: Logged |

We have Bluebird nests on the Bluebird trailA Bluebird Trail is a volunteer effort to help Bluebird conservation by installing nesting boxes and monitoring them. Hatch and fledgling time is the reward in knowing another generation of Bluebirds are on the move. ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

Grandmas are wonderful teachers. I giggled at the end when the tempo increased. Children are so cute! IP: Logged |
