I need to google, but has anyone here grown it? I bought seeds yesterday. Also, Stevia, and Echinacea... trying to get our own little herbal garden growing, and the information said that borage tastes like cucumber (I was thinking about growing it for tea, herbal tinctures, or flower essences.

Probably. I've read that it tastes like cucumber, so I guess it could also be used in smoothies, as well as tea.

I would think so. I don't have much experience with this. I was surprised when I read the people use zucchini blossoms when cooking. I don't know why this has never occurred to me before.
