T O P I C R E V I E WSimplyLunaCan anyone help me figure out what patterns found in the synastry or composite that couples can’t stay mad at each other for too long? I saw a video on a social media: This couple used humor to deescalate anger when they had an argument. They were flipping each other off til they stop getting angry at each other and broke out in laughter. I wonder if it can be also a natal thing. I dated a guy who had scorpio moon and he would not laugh when I attempt to cheer him up with my goofiness. RandallBump!abrightfutureaheadHey Luna,Me and my boyfriend have a love stellium in our composite. Sun/Mercury/Venus conjunction. Also moon sextile Jupiter in composite I feel this energy in our day to keeps allows us to laugh off any negativity because we love eachother too much to fall out. In our synastry our moons are in a strong trine. So we are emotionally aware of eachother and allows a level of comfort. We also have his moon in tight conjunction to my Venus. (Just pure love) Lots of positive Jupiter, Venus/Mars conjunction dw so our sexual compatibility and playfulness we rarely get into much debates and any tensions are usually resolved in the bedroom. Lots of laughter all round for us. Little disputes rarely harbour any resentful feelings xGalacticCoreExplosionV2 quote:Originally posted by abrightfutureahead:Hey Luna,Me and my boyfriend have a love stellium in our composite. I had a Sun/Mercury/Venus conjunction in the 7th in the composite with a woman that I was very highly attracted to and had very strong feelings for. Also we had a Libra Jupiter and Scorpio Moon conjunction. Pluto in the 5th trine both the above conjunctions. In Synastry we had things like her Neptune, ruler of her Desc, Venus, and Saturn conjunct my Sun, my chart ruler, with my Sun in her 5th. Her Jupiter, ruler of her IC and Pluto, and co-ruler of her Desc conjunct my Neptune, ruler of my 8th, in my 5th. Double Venus Mars oppositions. The ruler of my 5th and co-ruler of my 8th, Jupiter, almost exactly conjunct her Asc (-1* separation). My Pisces South Node was almost conjunct her Desc. Etc, etc, etc. To put it very lightly, it was not a fun and harmonious connection. Astrology is not all there is. Also, Synastry is immensely complex and it is very hard for most to read it fully and accurately. Even me, who has been studying/practicing astrology for nearly 3 decades. To add to the above stuff, there were difficult things too. Like Venus, the ruler of her SN and her chart ruler placement, was in my 8th. The ruler of her Sun, 8th, and co-ruler of her Moon and NN--Mars was almost exactly conjunct my Asc (again, same degree) and opposed my Venus, ruler of my Moon, MC, Pluto, and 3rd. So to some extent, it was a mixed bag. Wild HorsesI think what you're looking for is anything related to Jupiter and soft Neptune aspects. There is a man who is a beloved and dear friend of mine. I love this man so much. It feels sacred and reverent. In my eyes, he can do no wrong. I think almost every single thing he does is endearing. Even when he does things that drive other people crazy, I think it's cute and awesome. It truly feels like I'm incapable of being mad at him. Whenever he does something that does actually annoy me, it's just so fleeting. It's like the wind just blowing right over me. My affection for him feels so unconditional and fiercely loyal. Like, if I were a knight in the past, then I would pledge fealty to him.I think the aspects that show this are:His Jupiter conj. my Sun 0°His Jupiter conj. my Venus 0°His Venus also conj. thoseMy Jupiter opp. his Venus 3°His Jupiter squares my Moon 1°my Jupiter squares his Moon 2°my Jupiter trines his Chiron 1°his Jupiter quintiles my Chiron 2°my Jupiter trines his Mercury 3°my Jupiter is in his 3rd househis Jupiter-Venus conj. is in my 12thHis Moon is in my 9th my Moon is in his 12thhis Neptune trines my Chironmy Neptune forms a grand trine with his Sun and Moon.He makes me feel pure joy.vansioHands down: synastry Moon conjunct Venus julyjulydouble postjulyjulyMoon conjunct JupiterGalacticCoreExplosionV2 Basically any strong and harmonious combos (particularly conjunctions and trines) of any of these: Sun, Venus, Jupiter, Moon, and/or Neptune, tends to indicate a very forgiving, tolerant, laid back, type connection. Like anything in astrology, there is no one aspect that indicates this completely on its own (it's usually more of an overall or repeating pattern kind of thing). For example, I had my Venus conjunct a woman's Moon in my 7th House. We had some interest in each other and got along well, but when she found out I was in a relationship, and I found out she was probably on the lower end of the NPD spectrum--both of us lost interest in each other. But what interaction we did have before that, was pretty harmonious and pleasant. She felt familiar, and I felt warm feelings towards her even though I started to sense she had narcissistic issues. I was definitely attracted to her (there were other things going on besides the above Moon Venus conjunction in my 7th [and in her 6th]). SimplyLunaabrightfutureahead, that's great to hear. I get happy inside when I read your post (it's romantic what's going on between your connection with the partner). How heavily are Jupiter aspecting in synastry? I find myself easier to forgive than ones who's deceiving and this falls back to peoples (natal) actions and choices - which I believe not many including myself has a better grasp of Pluto/Saturn. That's why I find astrology fascinating, it's kind of like a pattern discovery. Yeah, me too. But there is usually a purpose to the pain or intensity behind 8th House, Pluto, and/or Scorpio connections. Few closer connections are ever by chance/happenstance. Most are meant for soul growth. It is very hard to grow on a soul level, when everything is easy and comfortable. Soul growth almost always involves discomfort, pain, challenge, and/or stress of some kind. It's like lifting a heavy weight and ripping the fibers of a muscle to grow the muscle so that it becomes stronger and/or more resilient. Those who would grow the most (on a spiritual/consciousness level) tend to go through the most, is the saying that I coined and tends to be true. And that's where symbols like Pluto, 8th House, Saturn, Scorpio, Capricorn, etc come in. These are the testing and soul muscle growing symbols par excellence. Not usually liked or welcomed, but needed. Yeah, I agree with you about astrology and patterns. Even almost 3 decades later, it and its complexity and multi layer nature, still keeps me interested. I'm still learning or revising. And yes, pattern recognition is a big part of it, and doing/delineating both Natal and Synastry charts well. GalacticCoreExplosionV2 I should have added to my earlier list, that conjunctions and trines of those before mentioned planets to the Asc, also tend to indicate similar. Actually, especially conjunctions (and to a slightly lesser extent, just being in their 1st House). Similar to a Natal chart--in Synastry, when a person has their Planet conjunct our Asc or in our 1st House (or vice versa), our Asc/1st House really amplifies that symbol/Planetary energy in that person to an nth extent. In turn, this resonation gets reflected back to us to some extent as well. After all, that is what a conjunction is all about--mutual resonation and merging. With Sun, Jupiter, Venus, Neptune, and lesser extent the Moon (Moon can be more moody and up and down, but even then it often feels comfortable and familiar), this tends to feel mutually good. 5th House synastry (especially also with trines to the Asc from that House) from the above Planets also tends to feel mutually good, and there tends to be a lot of tolerance, forgiveness, etc. Librapurr quote:Originally posted by SimplyLuna: Tell me about it. I developed intolerance for it. I don’t need people pretending to be good. Just don’t try to trick me. I don’t think it’s hard for people to show imperfections to me, it’s more like they want me to be a certain way and don’t want to accept the other sides. I’m still learning how it works. I feel like people project on me even more than I project on them.
