T O P I C R E V I E Waeln00Everything I read about this aspect is soo negative. My partner and I have this with Capricorn mars in the 2nd, squaring Aries Saturn in the 5th. We don't have any other easy aspects to mars in the composite, but we do have his mars conjunct my Uranus in synastry.I can relate to some of the descriptions because we don't exactly have an ideal living situation but we make it work. But when it comes to sex, I feel like this aspect makes it better? There is never a time when one of us wants it and the other doesn't LOL.It's like we have this incredibly intense build-up that gets to the point it drives us both crazy and we have to... It's like if we're in a room full of people we can both just lock eyes and know we need to leave.. it's honestly great lol. Maybe someone else that has experience with this aspect can relate to this. edenhardwicke quote:Originally posted by aeln00:Everything I read about this aspect is soo negative. That sounds intense! Squares can indicate chemistry in addition to tension/conflict so not all bad. The fact that each planet is in the sign that the other planet rules probably adds to the dynamism. Mars rules Aries and Saturn rules Capricorn so because they're flip-flopped here, that might make things more harmonious? Also, 2nd house is an earth house (Taurus) and 5th house is a fire house (Leo) and you have Capricorn (earth) in the 2nd house, and Aries (fire) in the 5th. So to me it sounds like your composite Saturn has a lot of fire energy and the Mars has a lot of earth energy. When square under those circumstances I would think it'd just add a lot of chemistry and not necessarily so much conflict since the planets have an "understanding" of each other due to inhabiting each other's signs. RandallWelcome, both of you!RandallBump!girlwiththerainysoulMars and moon with Saturn are friends naturally. I wouldn't worry too much about them in a composite or even in synastry. Smooth aspects may be better for a slow-burning and long-term passion. Harder aspects might be on and off, with one or both partners needing a break to recharge and readjust. It is Sun, venus, chiron, jupiter or mercury in aspect to saturn which can be painful. The worst one has to be jupiter square saturn. ChildofVenusI don't know about it in a Composite but I don't like it in synastry. In a synastry chart it's bad I was the Saturn person.
