T O P I C R E V I E WI'm so cappyI've been keeping my eyes on them for a while and decided to take a look. I like them as a couple. What do you think? TOBs unknown. I mean, cappy.LeeLoo2014They are a nice couple, but the charts are not very romantic or hot in nature...more like a sense of familiarity, good friends, brother-sister love. I like how his Moon completes his "domestic" rulers. It's a lukewarm relationship. Maybe they both like that??Wait...you said TOB unknown for both...so we don't know the houses. Maybe things look better with their ASC, so....hard to tell. However, the aspects by themselves aren't mind-blowing.I'm so cappyHmm. They seem rather lovey-dovey. Either way, most likely they're satisfied with relationship if they're still together Btw, are you telling me Sun conjunct Venus isn't romantic? ------------------I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy.LeeLoo2014It can be romantic, with the right combo of aspects, but by itself, it figures a lot in friendships...probably because friendships are between people with similar placements. Sun/Venus is an instant liking and finding the other pleasing to the eye, but you need more for love There is a flavor of similarity between these two, but I like them. I hope it goes well for them.I'm so cappyUmm, OK quote:There is a flavor of similarity between these two, but I like them. I hope it goes well for them.Me too.------------------I'm sooo happy! Which would you suggest in combination? Maybe a URA aspect involving the 8H? Or the VEN/MAR being on the SUN or VENUS? Maybe even MAR/URA -- if they can handle it. But then I saw that there's no birth time available. If they have some 5th, 7th, 8th house ruler stuff going on the relationship could have way more chemistry then the planet synastry alone shows. Too bad that's not verifiable. Oh yeah, and I've noticed the Eros thing too. It has a very 5th-house-ish type of vibe (Romantic excitement). Like Ceri said, it does seem to have a very real effect just by itself in synastry when aspecting personal planets. And I've also noticed that Eros/Psyche aspects in synastry have a similar vibe to Venus/Mars aspects (perhaps not as strong). There's definite yin/yang attraction there. Psyche seems to have more of an 8th house type vibe (more psychological and covert). Lotis White quote:Originally posted by Ceridwen:Yes, I tend to give these precedence over other asteroids, along with Juno and Ceres (and sometimes Vesta).yeah, for synastry I always check Juno, Eros & Psyche as added clues for chemistry. Ceres is not a love relationship asteroid but it's a fairly large prominent asteroid and seems to work like a combo of Cancer and Virgo. It's nurturing, helpful, and provides resources and sustenance.LeeLoo2014Yes, I always use these asteroids: Juno, Ceres, Vesta, Amor, Valentine, Lust, if the synastry looks like a romantic one. They are the asteroids of marriage type relationships.Ceres seems to figure prominently in long-term relationship charts, it is often on an angle or in a focal position, part of patterns or involved in nice conjunctions or soft aspects with Sun, Moon, Venus, Juno etc., most often in DW.CeridwenI keep an eye on Amor, Valentine and Lust, too.I agree on Ceres, not primary romantic, but gives an indescribably warm and nurturing / caring feeling. In the synastry with mr Sag, his Ceres is conjunct my IC (and trines my stellium around the ASC, but also makes a T-square with my Venus-Pluto-square). my Ceres (which isc onjunct my own Jupiter) falls onto his Eros (and my name in his chart) and opposes his Mars-Jupiter-Amor (and his name in his chart), squaring his Mercury on my ASC.my Ceres is also exactly sextile his Chiron. I am not sure if I react to my Ceres on his planets, or if it is his Ceres on my IC, but I feel a lot of warmth. Lotis WhiteHa ha. Actually I have a massive list of asteroids that I look at but for love Juno, Eros, and Psyche, are just my favorites.
