T O P I C R E V I E WSummerNoFunHi all! Long, long, long time lurker, finally here with a chart of my own! I'd love to get some thoughts on this composite that maybe go beyond what I'm able to do. On my own, I have done a lot of digging into aspects. But I struggle a little more to see larger patterns the way some folks are able to do.For example, I'll hear people say things like "the Sun contacting this planet and this one does this" - I'm generally unable to do that, ha!Or seeing if there's something specifically emphasized, possible challenges (I see that 12H, and Neptune contacts lol!) - I tend to miss that.A little context for the chart is that this is a very new, very sudden connection that got intense quickly, and as the chart seems to say, the relationship itself is a huge focus of our conversations? I've never experienced this before - we're constantly talking about the importance or value it holds for us, or about how to work with it? And we communicate very openly about our needs/fears/boundaries, which I've also never experienced. I got permission from them to study the chart, because I think we're both fascinated by whatever is going on.Birth times are accurate. We are also both Capricorn risings! Thanks for any insights you might be able to provide!RandallBump!SummerNoFun quote:Originally posted by Randall:Bump!Thanks!Hikaru29Significant Uranus often shows a relationship that starts off suddenly while least expected and intensifies quickly. Although it feels exciting, and if this is a romantic relationship, you will feel very much in love, but the Uranian energy is also erratic and unstable. So unless you’re seeking an unconventional relationship, having periodic breaks and distance will be essential. What are your Uranus aspects in Synastry? Jupiter as part of the conjunction often blows up this energy. I would rather see some trines to Saturn as stabiliser.SummerNoFun quote:Originally posted by Hikaru29:So unless you’re seeking an unconventional relationship, having periodic breaks and distance will be essential. I think we're comfortable with/prefer unconventional! Here's our synastry aspects - quite a lot of Saturn, which I think I've been taught to be scared of! SummerNoFunBump!Hikaru29Saturn trines I mean in composite as it’s showing the relationship nature, while in Synastry it shows how you make each other feel. Anyway you see in Synastry you also have lotsa Uranus contacts including squares to Moon-Venus, so that’s telling why it’s showing up on your composite. Btw that 4H Moon (whoever it belongs to) doesn’t look very happy with so many squares and quincunxes hitting it. For a romantic rs, aspects to Moon (alongside Venus) are important.Saturn is not scary as it’s a stabilising longterm aspect, as long as you don’t get too much of it and without any Jupiter/Neptune then the rs can feel boring, stagnant and restrictive.SummerNoFun quote:Originally posted by Hikaru29:Btw that 4H Moon (whoever it belongs to) doesn’t look very happy with so many squares and quincunxes hitting it. Thanks for pointing that out!SummerNoFun quote:Originally posted by Hikaru29:Jupiter/Neptune then the rs can feel boring, stagnant and restrictive.I also notice we have a LOT of Neptune aspects - and it's in our 1H. I hear a lot of negative things around that, too. Any thoughts on that?Personally, this feels like a connection with a lot of power to help us grow and share in fantasies and art (very important to both of us and our work), while also feeling like it might only work for a couple of years (based on transits to our progressed composite).
