T O P I C R E V I E WhippichickFor my absence here...see my post on health&healing.Really, I have not been consuming anything of interest to post!But I have come to know, my NO sugar and low carbs can really mess with the brain.So I am now on a mission to start adding quality carbs to my diet and still loose weight and be healthy..So, I am about to become very creative with new cooking ideas...bear with me!!! t~RandallYou need carbs! Eat small, go hungry for a while, that's when we burn fat, but eat again before starving otherwise we store fat (apparently!) but I've always found that was bs. I an so darn carb sensitive, but after 2 weeks of depression and horrible anxiety and 2 months prior with NO carbs and NO sugar....
