HannahComedy | How'd you interpret it, as a single aspect? In synastry. |
Stoika7 | It's a typical marriage aspect, it usually shows long term committment. |
todd | This can be romantic or it can just show a good friendship or even business partner. For a romantic connection there need to be favorable Venus/Mars aspects, preferably aspect cited to this Juno/Jupiter conjunct I in |
Stoika7 | Hey Todd, what if the Venus/Mars midpoint is conjunct to juno/jupiter midpoint but square the moon/jupiter midpoint and square juno (moon/jupiter midpoint opposite juno)? would you say that the romantic connection is there but it is challenged? |
HannahComedy | Would you count 1° orb? |
Hikaru29 | Hi Todd Do you consider all major aspects to the midpoint or only the hard aspects conjunct/square/opposite? How about trine & sextile to midpoint, e.g. would Juno-Jupiter midpoint trine NN mean anything? Also how about midpoint to asteroids such as Venus-Mars midpoint opposite Vesta? |

I think one needs some sextiles/trines to go with all the tension.it seems to be positive tension, though the moon seems to be adding ambivalent tension.I would look to the Saturn/ moon midpoint to see if there are indications of devotion to ground the romantic aspects. |

With the moon I would accept 2 degree orb.and maybe 3 if the moon has a number of other aspects to it.

Generally trine/sextiles are not as noticeable as squares and oppositions. In the classic midpoint book,"the combination of stellar influences"by ebertin,he says trines and sextiles to midpoints aren't significant. I think sextiles and trines can have a affect but these are superseded by hard aspects.I don't totally disregard trines/sextiles and midpoint but they certainly are weaker. With midpoints I think that if the planets are similar in nature like Jupiter and Venus, then the tension is by and large positive, whereas a Saturn /mars midpoint would tend to be problematic though not completely without positive manifestations. The Uranus/Saturn midpoint by nature would be problematic but trine/sextiles to planets could blend their influence.

Hello todd how would you interpret venus/juno midpoint conjuct eros? Thank youu |
Stoika7 | Thanks a lot Todd! Yes there are sextiles with mercury and Moon. The Saturn/Moon midpoint is sextile Jupiter and trine to Eros, but square to the Sun/Pluto opposition... :-s |
Farah005 | hey Todd can i ask what do you interpret in synastry his venus/juno midpoint conjunct her venus opposite his mars (2 degrees wide) And his juno/jupiter midpoint conjunct my name asteroid in my chart and square his neptune (conjunct her sun(2) and juno (3 degrees)) Also (sorry asking a lot) her juno/jupiter midpoint conjunct her mars opposing his venus/mars midpoint squaring his venus, additionally, his saturn/moon conjuncts her mercury, juno, sun/moon midpoint I hope im clear and sorry op |

You need to post charts.it is getting to complicated |

I think the sun/Pluto midpoint square the moon/Saturn midpoint would cancel any favorable influences of the Saturn/moon servile Jupiter influence. |
Stoika7 | Thanks Todd ❤️ Sun-Pluto is opposition, but I guess it doesnt make any difference with the square to moon/Saturn midpoint :-( |

Thanks for explaining the trine/sextile influence. How about Venus-Mars midpoint opposite Vesta and Moon-Saturn midpoint opposite Valentine? I know you do check asteroids so are these 2 significant? |
