It seems if you're a "big picture" or "destiny" type person, the Nodes become especially important.Has anyone come across a very thorough link interpreting specifically the Aspects to the NN?
It feels like having both Jupiter & Saturn in Capricorn in the 9th House contributes to the need to understand the "big picture". A Sun in Libra is also helped by seeing the bigger picture in making good choices.
Does anyone have any insight into the following Aspects to the North Node?:
North Node = in Leo in 4th House
NN Squares Ascendent
NN Conjuncts Uranus
NN Semi-Sextile to Moon & Jupiter
Also noticing that Uranus (which Rules Aquarius) Conjuncts the NN in Leo, the Opposite Sign. Yes, that means my SN is in Aquarius, but wondering how that Uranus is pulling on my NN.
There continues to be this perception (since age 8), that I can clearly see my destiny, but that it's always just outside my reach.
NOTE: While searching, found a nice little clarification on the tendency to see the South Node as "the past", and the NN as the future which should help those of us who are always healing:
quote:
"Some authors interpret the Nodes as "where we've been" and "where we should be going." This can be misleading. The Nodes are primarily an opposition! The goal of any opposition is synthesis -- to turn the enemies into allies, to combine the best of both into a golden mean. Talking about one Node as your "future" and the other as your "past" encourages people to fall into polarization and projection -- exactly the problems to which the Nodes are susceptible! Both Nodes relate to past lives and polarities we are striving to balance. Both Nodes relate to the future which can be bright when we achieve a pleasing synthesis!"
