T O P I C R E V I E WspringRamHello There!Well, I am not going to ask whether the rainbow diet worked for anyone here. Because, I beleive that it simply has to work - if we work right! I had the book till about two weeks ago, but I have been travelling since and was wondering if someone could just fill in the blanks on my queries below:So, my questions are as follows:1. I know that the skinnies need a blue light illumination on their feet, the solar plexus and the chest. But can anyone please specify for how long in each place?2. How exactly should I visualise the blue light?3. Do we need to drink the two glasses of solarised water after the illumination exercise?4. Also, if you could suggest a simple food recipe that is 'filling' and that I could use during the course of the 42 days, that would be great!5.
