T O P I C R E V I E Wshop22muchis it just me or do you guys find people with oppositions interesting to a high degree? i mean conjunctions are good too, but i have found opposition can always make people just so eccentric and charming.,..what are your views on this? LILYGIRLAll, and I mean all, of my intimate, serious, life building, life changing relationships with people (including family members) reflect HUGE numbers of oppositions and even squares. I do like sextiles and trines are cool, but I have to confess, I do NOT do well in relationships with tons of conjunctions especially around my personal planets...go figure. It says more about my need for challenge, intense engagement and independence than anything else I am sure. I think my need to be learning something can be a driving force and with a large number of conjunctions it's sort of flat plains. wilsontcshop,A chart with mostly easy energy (such as sextiles or trines) indicates that things are "too easy". Everything comes so easily to the person they hardly need to do anything. So any problem that occurs in the outer world (by transit) is a HUGE issue in their life. On the other hand, charts with challenging aspects (squares, oppositions, conjunctions) indicate their is a need to WORK for what they get in life. The result is they VALUE the things they get more, tend to hang onto them, and are ready to "take on" the world and its challenges.Aspectufully,TimFor more about aspects, see Step 6 in the link below.------------------For information on basic astrological chart interpretation see: http://www.geocities.com/wilsontctc taurean_scorpionwell, that makes me feel better about my aspects...thanks guys, great topic too. <3
