T O P I C R E V I E WproxiemeHey ya'll - I apologize for not responding to my cracked-feet thread in a timely manner; I thought about the help ya'll gave, but I just didn't know how to respond - so I'll have to keep it at thank you.Now that I'm writing, though, I think that I can say that I don't know what foundations I've had that could be crumbling; I was raised pretty much not to have any - although perhaps it is that that has been found to be weak, and perhaps I'm scared of believing. On to another topic:Have ya'll ever "slept hard"? You know, when you wake-up more tired than when you went to sleep?I've been doing a lot of that recently, and at first I thought that I wasn't dreaming those nights, but I've been awoken the past several nights mid-dream - and they've inevitably been very vivid and a little distrubing. Is there dream-based any explanation for having a hard night's sleep?AmberVonSchriekhrmmwell I woke up tired this morning because, sounds strange, but I was doing Lexigrams in my sleep last night... ALL night. I don't remember the words but I just remember doing that all night in every one of my dreams! So maybe you sleep hard when your higher self is doing a lot of work?------------------we'll be together till the end of time and when you smile, red rose, it's just like blue sunshine... oh, we're ascending and we'll never die cause when we kiss, red rose, we're changing 6 to 9 ...it's revolution time when 6 turns into 9 RandallWent through this myself Friday. Slept and slept but couldn't get enough. ------------------"Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca ClarkRaproxieme, look again I will at the dream. About the "hard sleep" - there are several possible reasons for this, but I personally think that Amber's explanation is usually the case. When that higher Self really gets busy, especially when taking hold of the astral body and traveling about and doing things while out of the physical body, it can leave us feeling drained.
