T O P I C R E V I E WproxiemeHey ya'll (once again - I sure am a vocal and demanding person; sorry...once I learn more, Girl Scout's Honor I'll endeavor to help people instead of always being on the recieving end of aid) - What beginner books would you recommend for a Virgo? My sis is a Virgo Sun, Scorp Moon, and Aqua Rising (and I'm a Pisces/Aqua/Scorp), so I kinda get her - we often come to the same conclusions, we just have completely different modes of observation and methods of arriving at those conclusions. That is, she actually has an identifiable method - if you ask her how she decided something, she can trace out the exact path while I just kinda know a lot of stuff, so it seems like she might have different requirements when learning.Of those books in the "Basic Books" thread (or, if there are others, those'd be cool, too), which do you think would appeal most to a methodical mind? Thanks, CorriDonnaCorri,The books on the other thread by either Debbi Kempton-Smith or Kim Rogers Gallagher. Then, there is Isabel Hickey's book Astrology, A Cosmic Science which may appeal to her since Isabel had her Mercury in Virgo and her writing is a reflection of that. Here is a link from an astrologer with recommendations for beginners. Just check out the beginning books on her page. http://solsticepoint.com/astralbk1.htm#beg DonnaFoxxyMy brother is Virgo to my Capricorn so we're pretty cool with each other as well. The best books fo rhim were usually science heavy so thats what I would look for for your sister, strictly on sun sign. Somethign very precise and factual. I can't recommend any though because I read about two pages of that stuff and die *HUGS*
