Hi Sylven
You have the same house positions as me The MC shows how we want to branch out in the world. How we blossom, the leaves on our tree of life. It’s the highest point in our chart and so what we want to aspire to. What we want to make public and how we want the public to see us. Your MC is in Gemini & would indicate you're likely to be someone who wants your thoughts & ideas conveyed to the public. You’ll want a public forum where you can communicate & utilise your thoughts & ideas. This placement indicates that you want to be seen publicly as a good, and possibly witty, communicator – either in speech or by writing. I think that you would probably find it difficult to sit behind a desk performing routine tasks. However, if you had to do that, you'd probably make your desk very interesting – lots of phone lines, a computer and would make sure you had lots of opportunities to leave your desk in order to communicate with other people. Gemini on the MC is also an indication of someone who may have two careers - either that or there may be some kind of “duel-natured” quality connected with what you do.
You also have Mercury conjunct your MC. Planets planets at the top of your chart, especially if they are empowered by being within a few degrees of the Mid-Heaven, will make their presence known in an outward and obvious way. In your chart Mercury is approaching (east) the Mid-Heaven and this also says something about qualities you use in your place of employment and often will indicate factors that determine the type of employment you seek or self-create. Think about how Mercury works - being in Gemini (it's natural ruler) it will be very happy there and probably quite a strong influence re communications etc. The sign Mercury is in (Gemini) and the aspects formed with other planets will influence how this planet affects the your position in the outer world.........
Here's a bit of info re Mercury on the MC...
Mercury on the Mid-Heaven indicates a quick wit, an intelligent person who may want to speak before the public in some way or become a renowned writer. It could also be a well-loved teacher, especially if the Mercury is in the 9th house. Another example is the radio or television talk show host. When combined well with Jupiter, this person may be a comedian. If aligned with Pluto, they may have an ascorbic wit, cutting to the quick on any issue, no matter how sensitive. With Saturn, we may have the leader of the debate team and with Mars, a lawyer who sculpts words to win a case. With Venus, Mercury becomes charming and gracious; with Neptune, poetic and idealistic, romantic and sometimes obscure; with Uranus, unconventional but brilliant. What they all share is that Mercury represents expressions of Mind, and at the Mid-Heaven, often communications that touch the public in some way.
As Uranus is also your 6th house ruler this also indicates that you would not be happy just stuck behind a desk doing a routine job.
