T O P I C R E V I E WDreamybeccaHi! I would like to know the main features of Venus in Scorpio. I know that in order to know how someone is, we should look at the whole chart, but I am interested in this aspect in particular now. Is it true that people with Venus in Scorpio are quite secretive, with feeling running deeply, etc? And what about when they are in love (especially a man with Venus in Scorpio)?? How do they tend to behave? Do they try to hide their feeling? Could they try to ignore their own feelings because they are scared of the intensity of those feelings?Any extra information will be welcome!Thank you! libra78I am a guy with Scorpio Venus/Mars. I have They express love through sex if you're good. Loyalty is a key issue. Depending on the house placement, I think they could really verbalize their emotions. They must trust you- to not kiss and tell too. Love needs to be sensed.Archervenus is detriment in scorpio. it failes to express its energies in scorpio unless the energy is balanced.lllogI too have venus in scorpio, and it has been both a blessing and a curse. Sex is very important, I started very young exploring the opposite sex. Loyality and trust were the most important features in my relationships, followed closely by my partner's physical looks. The last part has become a problem as I have gotten older, as have my availble partners. The down side of this position, at least for me, was that early on it was hard to get beyond the physical side of sex to really getting to know or care for my partner. Just some thoughtsLannyAutumn windI also have a Venus in Scorpio, I found this, maybe it will help also:ScorpioThose with Venus in Scorpio are the ones most likely to take a mystical, magical ride in the name of love. The fact that these folks are already mysterious serves to enhance the journey. Intense and powerful, those with this placement make for the most passionate and exciting of lovers. A bit naughty? You bet! That Scorpion in the House of Love can inflict a bite which will linger longer, and a darned sexy one at that. These are individuals who want it all: a connection on an intellectual, spiritual and physical level is the bare minimum. Added to that must be zest, fire and an intensity of epic proportions! With Venus in Scorpio, finding mates is not a problem. What will ensue, however, will be most interesting! Even so, these folks want their relationships to be keepers, valuing as they do a solid connection with a loyal partner. Anything short of this could break this lover's heart in two. That said, those with their Venus in Scorpio will be most blissful with someone who can match their passion and zest step for step. This game of love will be hot, but it's the end game which matters most.sandiegomwould love to meet a woman with venus in scropio - venus in cancer hereDreamybeccaThank you all for your information As I thought, sex is important for those whose Venus is in Scorpio. And I have always had the impression that they see it as a magical experience with their loved one, not just something physical but also spiritual. What do you think? And physical appearance seems to be very important as well, maybe because they love everything that has beauty Do you think that they/you tend to "pursue" unrequited loves? Or that they are more in love with love itself than lovers?? Hmmm, I don't know how to explain this... libra78Im not a pursuer (under most circumstances). If I dont get the attention I want, I lose interest.sassygrrrlFrom my personal experience, I do think it is an 'Unrequited Love' placement. I think one reason its this way is that Scorpio Venuses can usually only love one person at a time. I am not fickle when it comes to romance. I know who I love and I focus all of my desires toward that one person. So it's especially hard when the other person does not return my feelings. I just cannot turn off my feelings and let go and move on the next day, although that would be ideal. And Venus-in-Scorpios may be very sexual, but generally are not as promiscious as they may be assumed to be. Speaking for myself, although I did experiment sexually when I was young, I will not sleep with someone unless I am actually in love with that person and I'm sure of their feelings for me. And loyalty is extremely important too. One of the worst things a person can do to a Venus-in-Scorpio person is to betray them and ruin their trust. Then that's it. There's no going back! But earn our love and trust and you have our faithfulness forever. ScotScorpAmen Sassygrrl!!As a fellow Venus in Scorpio (along w/Mars and of course Sun) I am the same way. A relationship involving me must be spiritual and mental, otherwise there's no physical. I tried having relations when I was young just because I was physically attracted to someone, but it never worked. I wasn't really attracted--more like I was trying to sample some sweet eye candy and it ended up being sour! And a relationship for me is also like a light switch. I'm either on or off... no between. And the "on" is very strong and obvious. A man with me KNOWS of my interest in him. AngelaAutumn windSandigom, are you coming on to me? lol! grrrrr, just kidding! Well, hope you find your Venus in Scorpio lady down in San Diego!libra78well spoken Sassygrrl and Scotscorp!I have mars in scorpio and agree wholeheartedly.Fraz"who dare deceive me?!" libra78mars and venus in scorp that is, of course...sassygrrrlI have Mars in Scorpio too! Hmmmm...maybe sex being experienced as a total spiritual and soul union is also a Mars-in-Scorpio thang too. ScotScorpProbably both, considering the last time I read about Mars-Venus combos in Scorpio someone compared the people that were blessed with them like magnets.AngelaScorpio/Leo/Leolibra78Sassygrrrl: I agree with you again. "It doesn't mean nothing if it isn't everything.."virgoI have my venus in scorpio. wish I didnt..or atleast didnt have my moon in scorpio also. just too many strong scorpio influences you know? makes it very hard somtimes. I'm very shy and secertive. I totally shy away when i like someone. trust and loyalty is very important and if its broken..and if its not by accident...like sassygirl said..there is no going back.ghanima81All the things you have added to this is making me crack up laughing right now...No offense, but my ex has Scorpio in mars, venus and his first house... and he is absolutely NOTHING like what you have described. Sex was just a shag to him, it never really meant anything other than ''she's my girlfriend, we're supposed to have sex...''. No spiritual experiences were ever had, trust me on this.... if there had been, it would have been a totally different relationship. It's funny, actually, because his mum told me his birth time ages ago, and I worked up a chart for him, but I found out that she had the time wrong, he was born 45 mins sooner, and did not have a saggie asc, but a scorpio one.. and his mars moved from 10 to 11th house, venus and uranus moved from 11 to 12th house, and his true node, mercury and sun moved from 9 to the 10th house... Anyways, a scorp ascending makes sense for him, but as far as the 'scorp venus' thing goes, nahhhh... never saw that. Maybe the loyalty thing, but, even there, he didn't seem to really care all that much about making the relationship work, he was just very jealous and posessive, two things an aqua sun with neptune in saggie in my 9th house, could not stand...More power to the rest of you if you posess those qualitites, they must be fun!!Love and light,GhanisthenriSun in the 10th can be prudish, and a Scorpio Ascendant can be cold sometimes too, I have guilty of the have to do this because he's my boyfriend thing, on many occasions. Even with Venus in Aries. But eventually my emotions overpower me and I need that spiritual connection, at least I will attempt to find someone more emotional than usual to bond with. The challenge I see with Venus in Scorpio, and Aries is that they will pick someone very emotional and romantic, and then find that person is impossible to live with and treats them badly. They get hurt a lot, almost like the heart is bruised all the time. And very loyal, like a dog.Natashaastro junkiei.e. ... see astrological resources, on "hysteria in mothers".sassygrrrl[Quote: The challenge I see with Venus in Scorpio, and Aries is that they will pick someone very emotional and romantic, and then find that person is impossible to live with and treats them badly. Aries23DegreesInterestingsisMy ex Mars, Sun, Venus in Scorpio... with positive aspects.. on and off 9,5 years... Sex was very very passionate but not spiritual - at all... He was a player and a serial cheater... he cheated his girl friends all the time...also he had cruelty in him...However, he had an ex who he was madly in love with. The girl left him after 6 months of being together... He got sick because of that...
