T O P I C R E V I E Wsunshine9Does anyone know what the difference is between the retrograde period, and the retrograde ZONE? I came across the following information, and as I have an important meeting next week, I'm concerned & would like to know if the effects of the retrograde Mercury extend into the retrograde zone. Mercury is Retrograde in Cancer and Leo from July 4th to July 28th, 2006.17 Jun 2006 02:12 pm 2104' Mercury Enters Rx Zone04 Jul 2006 03:28 pm 0122' Rx Mercury Stationary Retrograde28 Jul 2006 08:33 pm 2104' Mercury Stationary Direct12 Aug 2006 00:07 am 0122' Mercury Leaves Rx ZoneThanks,SunshinejkxxSunshine, not sure if this is it, just a guess. But it could be the point at which mercury passes the location where it originally went Rx.-jk**edit: it is that, apparently; more at http://www.astrologycom.com/mercret.html Azalakshsunshine ~These illustrations may help..... http://www.cafeastrology.com/retrogrades.html Zalasunshine9Dear jkxx,Thanks for the article!! That helps clear it up a bit. So, it sounds like it all ends only when the retrograde planet passes the point where it first started going retrograde. That means we have until August 12th before the effects of the RX Mercury wear off? I really, really hope I won't have to make any big decisions before then. I have an interview early next week. I had been holding my breath through the retrograde period (hoping it wouldn't be then), and had breathed a sigh of relief when they scheduled it after the 28th (when Mercury went Direct). *gulp*Dear 'zala,THanks, sweetie!! That was actually the article that raised the question for me, though! Sunshine
