T O P I C R E V I E WxrâräxI've read this in one webpage but seems that I can't find the add :s"As with Demeter and Persephone, Ceres can also indicate the kind of experience that constitutes a rite of passage - the most profound transformation: the death and rebirth of the self."What do you think about this?- Is this true?Someone (with a lot of Astrology knowledege)once told me that I'm going to have a violent death. (Of course I don't entierly believe it and didn't take it too seriously, continue living a 'normal life') but it makes sense somehow looking at my chart. And now I see that that the only aspect of Ceres in an Oppostion from Mars (scorp)Well just wondering what u think about Ceres.neptune5I love ceres, one of my favourite "planet/asteroid's", I have mine in libra sextile my mars and venus and also conjunct some other asteroides like eudora, lancelot, estrella, etc.------------------Virgo Rising, Sagittarius Sun, Pisces MoonNodeCeres is mostly typecast as a one note song; ie, nurturing. How we are comfortable in the role of nurturer, and how we best appreciate it demonstrated by others. While this is true, it is symplistic. Giving and receiving are complicated, made more so by us humans. To me the best way to give is to give what the other person is ABLE or willing to receive. Otherwise the gift will cause discomfort, irritation, or a in a worst case a wall built. Ceres is also about making, or alowing things to grow. Just one take on it.
