Thanks for the answers so far.Lauren and Teaologist, I'm sorry about the physical violence involved in your experiences. I wish you had known some jiu-jitsu back them so you could sumbit their a*ses out with a nice little choke
Anyway, I believe this sort of behaviour comes from each person's set of values... what were those guys' birth charts like?
I've had my Pisces Sun opposing my ex-girlfriend's Virgo Mars and I believe some aspects of my identity got on her nerves, although we felt magnetically attracted to eachother (which might come from other aspects in our synastry, such as her Mars parallel my ASC, her Mars/Venus trine my Chiron forming a Grand Trine, a Mars-Pluto double linkage in the declinations, my moon conjunct her ASC and her moon trine my ASC).
Would you agree that the Sun-Mars square by itself could just indicate that one's self-expression of identity is irritating to the Mars person and that as a result, the Mars person hurts the Sun's ego? Could you appply this to the relationship you had with the gentleman SagSun? I would expect sexual attraction to come from oppositions more than squares... maybe those of you who felt an attraction with the square could find other aspects that could justify it, no?
About, the Moon-Venus square, I expected somenone to say something like "the way he/she expresses affection doesn't make me feel nurtured/safe (moon person)" or "the way he/she tries to nurture me makes me feel smothered (Venus person)". But I never experienced it myself so I'll have to go with Lauren's explanation of "Venus wants to have fun and the Moon seems overly serious". Did you have difficulty feeling calm around that person, like BlueEyes24?
The reason I'm asking about these aspects is that I was asked by a friend to evaluate a potential match up where these three appear, along with the terrible venus square saturn. I'm also concerned about the Moon-Neptune square they have in the composite, but I'll leave that to another topic.
Anyone else with anything to share about the three squares at the beggining of the topic?
