Betty Boop | Choose a character from a movie or book who exemplifies an aspect in your chart! I find Morticia soooooo representative of Venus opposite Pluto - mainly the way she likes to arrange her roses, only after she cuts off the buds. |

Lonake | Harvey Pekar from American Splendor Mars conjunct Saturn - The Everyman - Trying to make things work in an insane world, stayed true to his roots and didn't let any acclaim go to his head.Fun thread |
sassaqua | Jennifer Aniston represents venus square moon to me. The ability to play the part but somehow you give too much and get betrayed. Somehow cannot find the limits or balance in love. Not that I can play the part as well as problaby she can |

Lonake | Octavio from Amores Perros Venus square Pluto - Obsessive Lover - He risked everything his family and all his money for the lady he loves, Susana, who is being abused by his brother and lives a life that he knows is less than she deserves. When she steals the money he had been saving to run away together with her and her baby (from his cheating, violent, bank robbing brother), he finds her later again he's still as certain of his love for her as from the beginning, nothing's changed. He stands there on crutches after being involved in a car accident and asks her to be with him, he waits for her at the station to leave with her after his brother's funeral but she doesn't appear. The whole film to me (3 stories interwoven) says Venus/Pluto, esp the square. It's translated "Love's a B*tch" |

Adapted from nonfiction book of same title. |
Lonake | Dolores Claiborne (adapted from Stephen King novel) Moon square Mars/Pluto - Protective Mama - Dolores works as a maid and saves on the sly so that she can run away from her husband after she learns that he has been molesting their daughter. Her alcoholic husband steals her savings and having been given some special advice from her employer she plans the perfect way to kill the creep and put an end to their suffering. But there's nowhere to run from the past. |

Malena | Virgo Rising, Scorpio Sun, chart ruler Mercury in Scorpio: Kate Winslet's character in Quills. Hardworking and virginal on the surface, kind of a rebellious pervert underneath, but still basically a sweet person (Also I think her sexual tension with Joaquin Phoenix's character hit my Mars in Capricorn in a big way: as a priest he's supposed to represent authority and purity, but secretly he was tormented by his sexual desire for her and struggled to control his impulses... a guy like that losing control is such a complete turn-on for me.) |
