T O P I C R E V I E WfreebrainstormsYeah, so how do I read charts, what's the difference between thick and thin lines, are more lines the better? what if they connect at a point? do the angles matter? i don't know how to make sense of these things. HALP! heheAmi Anne quote:Originally posted by freebrainstorms:Yeah, so how do I read charts, what's the difference between thick and thin lines, are more lines the better? what if they connect at a point? do the angles matter? i don't know how to make sense of these things. HALP! heheAww, so many questionsYou will have to do one thing at a time. Astrology is very hard but well worth every minute you invest.Get some basic books and just read and read and read. We, all have to start, there ------------------Do You Think This Psychic Is Cute? http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/laurenbabiiee7just go to other websites they'll interpret your chart for free like cafeastrology RegardesPlateroI've found that different people look at different things/are interested in different things when looking at a chart. Some people too might look at the same placements differently (e.g., one person could focus more on the good side of a challenging position whereas someone else might focus more negatively on that position, or else different people might focus on different sides of the same sign or placement). Me, I'm really into planets-in-signs. I don't really care much about asteroids, degrees, orbs, or those. I don't know why, but those things don't interest me; I'm really interested, though, in how each planet's energy manifests itself in the chart and how the planets interact. Other people are the exact opposite. Plus, not everyone uses the same house system, and of course there are even different types of astrology--Western, Chinese, Vedic, etc. So, really, there are probably many different perspectives/ways to look at a chart. It can be overwhelming, so I'd echo earlier advice: one step at a time.
