amelia28 | Hi, I am not planning to have kids anytime soon and I want to be certain of who I am with before I have kids. But I have some questions out of curiosity . I have pisces in the 5th cusp and I read that this means disillusionment associated with children and I need to make sacrifices for children. In addition my 5th cusp is empty except I do happen to have asteroid Juno in the 5th. Juno opposes my Saturn and inconjuncts uranus and jupiter. Does the fact that 5th is empty means that I will not have children? Based on placements describe should I even have them? Basically any insight on these placements in connection to having children will be appreciated. Thanks, Amelia

amelia28 | P.S. when I was little I had a great concern to help poor children and now as an adult I have a great desire to adopt. Its like I want to adopt more than I want to have my own child. Sounds very Pisces in the 5th cusp. Also husband and I have juno, vesta and northnode at very tight stellium of less than 2 degree orb in the 5th in gemini in our composite chart. What does that say about the chances of us having kids? would we adopt at least one? would we have just one or more? Will children enrich our relationship or the opposite? |

amelia28 | I completely agree and I feel that at the end of the day its up to me. Believe me I very much believe in free will and I am asking this more out of curiosity. At the end of the day I decide and do what I think is best for me and my personal growth. Thanks for sharing your thoughts though . |
Capriquarius | I'm not an expert on it but thought I should let you know that both my parents have empty 5th Houses. So I'm walking proof that empty 5th Housers most definitely can have children (sometimes even by accident, as my folks did). =) My parents' composite has Gemini on the 5th as well, and there are three of us. |

Thanks for sharing your experience...is good to hear |
YoursTrulyAlways | My Mrs. and I both have empty 5th Houses. We have three children. |
Lioness | An empty H5 doesnt mean you want have children.. Millions of people will have an empty h5.. Myself included.. You look at the ruler of H5 and then aspects to it. You said Pisces rules your 5th.. So you look at Neptune.. You look to see what type of aspects are APPLYING neptune is making.. I have read how many applying aspects will show how many kids.. Having a water H5 shows fertility, especially if the Asc is in water.. I have Cancer on H5.. Moon rules my 5th.. My moon has 2 applying aspects. A sextile to Uranus A sextile to Saturn. I had my first child at 19. It was unexpected.. Surprise Surprise.. This is the Uranus pregnancy.. My 2nd child was born 10 years later (so the delay) I was married and he was planned but had several miscarriages getting there. After several attempts I finally got there.. This was my saturn pregnancy It was delayed and I had problems getting there. Also with the husband we had Saturn in the Composite H5, which also shows a delay. As for kids Im done.. This womb has no more vacancy My two kids are 19/9 now.. Im too old for anymore.... hahahha |
KarkaQueen | Gemini on 5H Which Venus rules. Venus conjuncts Mars, sextiles Saturn, and squares Jupiter.I wonder what that would mean! |

I think your a bit confused... Ill try to explain.. If the H5 cusp (the line where H5 starts) is in Gem, then Mercury rules your H5.. If your H5 (line) starts with Taurus or Libra then venus rules H5.. |
Purrr | I have an empty 5th house as well, ruled by Aquarius. 5th house ruler is Sag Uranus conj Saturn in the 3rd House. When I was pregnant about 1.5 years ago, I miscarried after three months. The baby was supposed to be born around late December, early January, which would've made s/he a Capricorn. Very interesting since my composite with my Cancer has Cap in the 5th House, with Sag Saturn in the 4th. They would've had Cap Mercury, Sag or Cap Venus, and Leo Mars. Not sure where the Leo Mars came from with the Cancer and I ; Cancer does have Leo Moon... I had a good feeling that it was a boy, too. Oh, well... We'll never know. I sort of think that the 5th house doesn't necessary indicate if you'll have children but rather what karmic "energies" or influences you would pass onto them if you were to choose to give birth/have children. As for adoptions, btw, I believe that you should look at the 11th house rather than the 5th house. 5th = creation, then giving it to the world. 11th house = taking the world, and inviting it inwards (humanitarianism, philanthropy).

Cecile | Hey guys Do you look at your the house cusp if you have a planet in the house? I'm wondering I have a fifth house-cusp with moon and my NN in it. What should I be looking at? |
Chaos | I always wondered...since (right now) I'm not all that into kids, but apparently, according to some astrologers that checked my chart out, I'll have kids, probably more than just 2! Can Jupiter, as the 8th house ruler (and the most aspected planet in a chart), in harmonious aspect to 5th house ruler give many kids?? Ya know, Jupiter as the planet that multiplies everything... |

Oi. Thanks for correcting me.

lalalinda | When you are looking to see if you will have children, you look to the N. Moon. Water signs are super fertile, followed by the Earth signs except for Capricorn (delays) Fire and Air signs are so so. (then look at the aspects) |
Long - standing | The ruler of my 5 th house is Mercury, the first child is Geminy, i have conjunction in the 5 th house of Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter, the next child is Aqua, i'd love to have Scorp and Sag, but too old i'm afraid |
