T O P I C R E V I E WappleberryI just remember last year at this time I had so much physical energy for exercise and exercised 10lbs off in one month... trying to figure out what that might of been... looking forward to whatever that burst of energy was to come back...Last year around the time of the burst of energy it was:Transiting the 3rd (Sag) and lasting through the 4th houseConjunct IC in CapConjunct NN in 3rd SagSquare Sun in 7th AriesSquare Pluto in 1st LibraSextile Uranus in 1st LibraTrine Moon/Chiron in 7th AriesSextile Ceres/Juno/Venus in 5th AquariusAnything there that you might think would bring a burst of physical energy leading to exercise... desire to improve physically... ability to focus and commit to daily physical routines...??CapriquariusWhere is your natal Mars placed? Sign and degree-wise.Whenever I experience a surge of energy, it's transits to natal Mars. Transiting Jupiter, Mars, and Pluto to your natal Mars will give you huge bursts of energy. tSaturn to nMars will make you feel sluggish at first but will urge you to be more disciplined and by the end of the transit you will have really earned yourself a new body and the healthy habits will last...well at least that's how it worked for me this time.I have natal Mars in my 4th and currently transiting Mars is going through my 12th. I've been having insomnia (transit Mars thru 12th - house of sleep) and have felt like exercising more in the evening rather than in the morning like I usually do. Transiting Mars has been moving towards a trine with my natal Mars and guess what I did yesterday after my workout? I totally rearranged my furniture instead of getting my 8 hours lol. Fitting for a 4th House Mars receiving a transit from insomnia-causing tMars thru 12th. I love seeing how these transits turn out!appleberryMy nMars is at 14* Gemini, house 9. Transiting Mars is in my 12th as well and I've also been having difficulties with insomnia... Interesting... And I stay up reading about astrology... 9th house...appleberryOh, the transit period I was looking at was for Dec 2010 to Jan 2011.
