DayandNight21 | I have been doing skywriters tests and have a really strong saturn , pretty strong venus and uranus and weak mercury. Due to orbs I either have a moderate pluto or fairly strong one as the jury is out on orbs of 9 degrees. I do feel the saturn that is rigid and stodgy and do not like it at all. However it does keep me reality based. It is interesting that jupiter is strong in another software calculation on strength of planets and it is not here. I would like a stronger mercury if anything were to change. The strong venus leads to almost compulsive relating so time spent alone is good, I also hate not being in a relationship. The strong uranus clashes with the status quo at times and that can hurt! Apparently a strong saturn / pluto produces a workaholic and although a lot of time is devoted to hobbies, more time is spent on work so it is true. So what are the gifts from your strongest planets and do the interpretations ring true? Do you think a really strong saturn would clash with a really strong sun for instance? |
DayandNight21 | http://skywriter.wordpress.com/planetary-tests/ this is the link it is really a lot of fun for a strong saturn I was being very frivolous!!! if you scroll right down you can see people's responses too. Just wondered if anyone on lindaland had done them. |
ElizabethO | Goodness... it's going to take me an hour to get through all this. Very cool, though! Doing it now... |
mercuranian | I did this awhile ago. My uranus was way strong, 47 points! |
Doux Rêve | My strongest planets according to the tests are: Chiron - 54 (wow) Saturn - 47 (ouch) Moon - 46 Pluto - 46 Interesting that they are part of a Tsquare in my chart (except for Chiron). |
Fondue Knight | I don't like how the point scale isn't consistent between all the tests. In any case, my strongest were: Chiron - 52 Jupiter - 45 Neptune - 44 Uranus 39 Mars - 39 The chart delineation on astro.com has these as my strongest planets: Venus - 15.4% Pluto - 12.0% Neptune - 11.5% Jupiter - 10.2% Moon - 9.9% |
Stawr | mwahaha I saved a file on my calculations on Uranus...what did I get again?...let me see... I scored 30 and that is not include adding up the quincunx, quintile, semisquare, or sesquiquadrate...because I don't know how to do that yet.
|
Stawr | I just did the test for the Sun and I scored 16...it's wired for that one to be low...cause every average jo at least knows about sun signs. Oh well...but I did give myself bonus points for this though "For your own purposes, use anything you doggoned well please. If you once appeared on television in a talent show, give yourself points for that. If one or both of your parents thought the sun rose and set on you, add points for that." I was in an independent film and was in the Macy's parade long ago so that's my tv past. lol and oh yes I did a few talent shows...and yeah my mom made my life revolve around her for a while. so add a couple points to that and I no longer have a lower score. Makes up for not knowing how to calculate semisextile, septile, quincunx, quintile, semisquare, and sesquiquadrate. haha |
DayandNight21 | There is good and bad about a strong saturn. It is conjunct asc so tech in 1st house as well as 12th house (see my astrology book) and it reigns in a fire air chart that would take off without it. However it is not in the 7th house which is considered best nor is it in cap/aquarius sign which is considered best. However saturn in gemini well aspected is a good thing it is in its own triplicity and saturn steadies the mind (Robbie williams I think has this as well as several grand trines), a strong saturn can also provide depth. However the problem comes when you have saturn square pluto which signifies a major problem with both heavyweights. so does that mean I have a problem with myself since I am so saturnian? This is where a good jupiter and venus mitigate perhaps.

sand | ... |
Voix_de_la_Mer | 62 for Pluto - deary me. |
KarkaQueen | I did the test on my computer and noted it, too bad my parents took it away. If memory serves me right: Sun Moon Uranus Walter Pullen: Uranus Moon Mercury
Other people: Moon Saturn Element Walter Pullen: Air Earth Full Chart Element: Water Earth Air |
sand | my dominants form a t-square. |

I agree, but they were based on her personal evaluations of people in her yrs of practice with that energy and which factors seemed dominant over another, and by her own admission the factors are not conclusive. She said she had a VERY conclusive rating system that she used in her correspondence course and people complained that it was too complex and tiresome so she got fed up with it and sacked it. I for one would like to see it (!) Too bad she's on extended (prob permanent) leave from her blog |
Icarus | I got a single digit score for Mars. This scoring system doesn't work for me. |
sand | ^so u have an unaspected mars? |
Icarus | Only if I ignore Uranus that is conjunct Mars by over 5 degrees, then yes. |
MessyLilLeo | My strongest planets are the Sun and Pluto. I also have Neptune right on the Asc - within one degree. I know I have control issues, since I was born - Leo Sun in the 8th. Even my mother can't stand when I make a mere suggestion, such as driving directions (who by the way has Mars conjunct Pluto on my Sun). My life has been fraught with power struggles, but I'm only now coming to this realization. They're soo under the radar for me, but I think I can see it best by the reactions of others. |
Lonake | ^ Another H8 Sun to add to the mix. There are so many of us here Welcome! |
Capriquarius | I forgot my scores but it said I'm moderately Plutonian and the Moon is my strongest planet, which is quite different from Pullen and astro123. Personally I think the Sun is the most powerful force for everyone. You could say what you want, feel how you want, etc but ultimately your Sun is what you end up acting out. |
