MoonWitchI can trace back to the Crusades on my father's side I'm an Aries.sandPisces for me. While both my families are intertwined with my local culture part of me wants to surpass all that. Being the first at something is hard to beat lol!PixieJaneThe "Aries Deluxe" I knew (sun, ascendant, moon and inner planets in Aries ) wasn't. But then that might have been environmental. IIRC, her mother was part Buryat and Khalka (ethnic groups native to Mongolia, though can be found in large numbers in both Eastern Russia & Northern China) and conceived the Aries deluxe with a black man who left her. She then managed to get a Korean American to marry her and her family looked down on her but really disliked the Aries Deluxe for being "blasian" and they tormented her horribly for it (an uncle even broke her arm over it when she wasn't even a teen yet). All the other races (not to say everyone) gave her a hard time over it, too, some even calling her a "mutt," until she found acceptance through sports (and, when necessary, violence). So she learned to find her value in her accomplishments rather than her ancestry because the former brought her praise & glory while the latter produced shame & scorn. But interesting question, had she been born a "pure" Korean (or black, or whatever) then would her Aries energy seek validation & pride in her heritage?StawrI'm an Aries Sun and yes I like knowing my family's history, and I like learning about history in general. I get annoyed when I don't know much about whatever side of my family. ------------------Rising: GeminiSun: Aries 11Moon: Scorpio 6Mercury: Taurus 12Mars: Aquarius 10Venus: Pisces 10N.Node: Aquarius 9Saturn: Capricorn 9Jupiter: Cancer 2Pluto: Scorpio 6 rx
