T O P I C R E V I E Wail221What are you thoughts on astrological factors and children born of pre-mature births planned caesarean births? Do you think the indicators are present in their chart? JunethirdI am curious too... LonakeI looked at some charts a while back, about half of these were c-section, all were premature from 2 wks to 4 mos. Bold was found with most frequency, but still Pluto/Scorp dominated with the luminaries and angles,1) Aries/Scorpio on an angle (with Mars in aspect to a personal planet, mostly Venus or Moon, inconjunct works too)If the above wasn't there then Mars was often conj an angle (usually Asc or Mc), in the 1st, and/or in hard aspect to Sun and/or Uranus2) Outer planet in Gauquelin sector (15 deg of angle)3) Personal planet (Sun/Moon/Merc/Venus/Mars) emphasis on Aries/Libra/Scorpio/Aquarius, esp Scorpio Sun/Moon4) Luminary (Sun/Moon) hard aspect to Pluto, if not then in Scorpio, if not then hard aspect to Uranus/Neptune5) IC ruler (or personal planet in H4) aspect to Mars and/or Uranus, if not then IC ruler H8 or conj Pluto***Keep in mind some of these kids were stillborn, died a short while after birth, or were born to technically dead or comatose mothers***See how that works out for you. Most of the time all factors were there, but sometimes one was missing. If two were missing then:A) there was always either Mars/Aries or Scorpio/Pluto heavily emphasized by sign, house, ruling IC, anda) luminary ruling IC in aspect to Mars if Aries was emphasized or Pluto if emphasis was on Scorp. ORB) there was a Scorpio luminary + a luminary in hard aspect to an outer planet, that stood in for factors 1 and 2 if they were missing.Factor 5 always showed up. But if it doesn't I guess a sq or opp to Pluto can be substituted for the conj. Here's my chart against what I found as I was born prematurely but not by c-section,1) Aries MC (Mars sq Venus)2) Pluto/IC3) Aqua Merc, Libra Mars (Libra stellium)4) Sun sq Uranus, Moon sq Pluto5) IC ruler sq Mars (IC ruler is also sq Pluto)---I also have the Sun in the 8th and it's trine Pluto so that may factor in for more Pluto emphasis---Also Asc ruler is sq Uranus, for more Uranian influence, but in the research I didn't factor in Asc rulers, Uranus trine AscHere's a link to data to do your own research, http://www.astro.com/astro-databank/Category:Personal_:_Birth_:_Premature I used only A, AA rated birth times. Not a ton of data but there it is.Then again these results may not be so clear as I didn't differentiate between mothers and children who were alive and those who were dead or died as a result. I just looked at premature births, full stop, so that could be something to look into.geeaI was born 3 weeks earlier. The doctors planned a caesarean intervetion but my mother didn't want it. I have jupiter/moon/MC squaring pluto/asc in scorpio and saturn, uranus, neptune on IC. As far as i know there were no problems other than the fact that after some days i contracted an infection that almost killed me because of the high temperature.PixieJaneMy assumption is when you take your first breath is when you "manifest" and thus your placements right then count. Or put another way, it's when you're born that counts, not when you're conceived. Though given that astrology is in the realm of magic then I'd wonder if the actual time of "birth" is when the infant is named...that is if the child wasn't given a name until 3 months later then would astrology count from birth or from when s/he was named? (Naming is very important in magic.) geea quote:Originally posted by PixieJane:My assumption is when you take your first breath is when you "manifest" and thus your placements right then count. (Naming is very important in magic.) btw, i've read somewhere about moon placements on the time of concievement:if the moon was in a masculine sign, the baby will be a boy. And if it's a feminine sign it will be a girl. LonakeI wasn't named until a month old, does that mean I get a new chart? It would make me an Aries RegardesPlateroI don't believe that astrology influences that. I'd say that it's something physical/medical reasons rather than astrology.CAY_512My son was born at 32 weeks and has a moon Uranus aspect that a few other premature babies (whose charts I looked at had). I had a quick labor (just a couple of hours) The conception moon had a moon-uranus aspect as well.I was extremely healthy during my pregnancy. Active, ate organic and no problems. The medical staff had no idea why he came early.ail221 quote:Originally posted by Lonake:I looked at some charts a while back, about half of these were c-section, all were premature from 2 wks to 4 mos. I was born 4 months premature in Australia (my parents had been liviing in UK, gone to Australia for holiday to see my grandparents) and I came early). I believe that I was supposed to be born a saggie (was due in March...) but I have no idea really. SparklingMandy pieI was born 1 month premature. Pluto is conjunct my ascendant which many astrologers say is indicative of abnormal birth. Wonder if people here agree.I wish I was born a month later like I was supposed to. Here's my chart
@ Lonake
1) Aries/Scorpio on an angle (with Mars in aspect to a personal planet, mostly Venus or Moon, inconjunct works too)If the above wasn't there then Mars was often conj an angle (usually Asc or Mc), in the 1st, and/or in hard aspect to Sun and/or Uranus
*Mars in the 1st quincunx Sun
2) Outer planet in Gauquelin sector (15 deg of angle)
*no but i have IC/MC @ 15 degrees : i do have Venus on DC at almost 17 degrees though
3) Personal planet (Sun/Moon/Merc/Venus/Mars) emphasis on Aries/Libra/Scorpio/Aquarius, esp Scorpio Sun/Moon
*Moon-Aries ; Mars-Libra ; Sun+Moon in 8th house
4) Luminary (Sun/Moon) hard aspect to Pluto, if not then in Scorpio, if not then hard aspect to Uranus/Neptune
*Sun opposition Pluto; Sun quincunx Uranus ; Sun/Moon midpoint opposition Pluto 2 degrees
5) IC ruler (or personal planet in H4) aspect to Mars and/or Uranus, if not then IC ruler H8 or conj Pluto
*Ic ruler in Scorpio ; Neptune in 4th square Mars
I was born 3 weeks prematurely too. no C-section though & no complications either.
