C1ND3R | Are you guys able to turn a blind eye? I remember being able to do that and if you've heard the phrase: "ignorance is bliss"; couldn't be more true especially for what i think may be key for this nodal placement. It changed during the s-turn transit through virgo and now i'm trying to find a way to make it back. How do you escape what's "real"? |
vertiver | What do you mean by turning a "blind eye" to reality? It probably depends where your NN is placed natally as well. My Pisces NN is in the 3rd house of everyday surroundings and I have a hard time turning a blind eye on all the homeless and depraved people I pass by on the street. |

I agree, I can't ignore that stuff. I have it in the 10th. I guess I would feel better if I didn't KNOW about it so yeah, in a sense, ignorance is bliss. |
C1ND3R | I ask because i have the hardest time letting little thoughtless words or gestures slide.. I used to do it all the time and then i found things come up roses and those small things disappear. Now, i almost cannot let it slide. I could split a strand of hair in two with how exacting i can be. I'm sure it drives others bananas! I was reading Jan Spiller's Cosmic Love and she mentioned how Pisces North Node can't help but dissect things... With a Pisces North Node, i guess it's what we're called forth to do (let things slide). Just wondering if maybe there are neat tips and tricks that you guys have found.. Whenever i'm out and about and someone sneezes on the glass at the deli, for example, without covering their nose... Instead of going ballistic, i focus on a color and think about which chakra it resonates with and fade everything else into the background. It takes practice. Seems to help, though. I remember that being oblivious would just work wonders for me! http://www.soundessence.net/chakras.php |
C1ND3R | What have your experiences been like with pets? I've moved a lot so got rid of them often and i've always been the bridge between a pet and a home, for example. I developed allergies and have always had karmic reflections from pets. I've had my most profound epiphanies about relationships through my experience with some pet. Just recently i picked up yet another stray and as irony would have it, he's not a dog that i'm allergic to. :/ |
amowls** | I went through a wonderful Neptune trine Moon transit where I was able to "let things go" so to speak. I no longer judge people unless they're being deliberate a-holes. Like, your example of sneezing in a deli, I'd never get mad about something like that because people sneeze all the time and no one is so perfect that they cover their mouths every time. I've never had my own pet until last week when I adopted a kitten. I named her Moonflower, her Sun is conjunct my NN |
C1ND3R | ^ haha awesome! That deli thing? Lol... That has never happened but i'm sure most anyone would stop dead in their tracks and look at the sneezer with the desire to attack em! I wouldn't even get my lb of coleslaw. I'd just walk away and probably wash my hand if i felt a drop of sneeze land on me. When i've gotten pets, it's happened as venus trines my north node and is moving over my chiron, opp neptune. Without fail. Neptune won't trine my moon for some time. It'll oppose my Sun in a few years as i've got Sun conjunct South Node both in Virgo.. Maybe then. |

I don't think *most* people want to attack anyone... and I mean it's not like the sneeze got on the food, there's a glass for that reason. I don't really care about germs either. I have Venus in Pisces conjunct NN so maybe it's easier for me to get into the Pisces state of mind? No Virgo except for SN and IC.

Ami Anne | NN in Pisces would be a person whose goal it was to transcend this material world. This person would be called to that and would not be able to stop until he reached it. The NN does that to us *sigh* ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

hannaramaa | My NN is in the 10th house, and closely conjunct my MC. I think I do tend to be extremely Piscean at times refusing to believe people can be as depraved, selfish, or cold as they are. I try to find a reason for it all the time. |

Virgo south node sounds fuuuun. My Taurus south node leaves me to stagnate and not care to truly transform and be rid of excess. When I get pushed into actually doing the Scorpio thing, it's so sudden and total, others are left behind! And then it's periods of indulgence and apathy once more. (P.S. I apologize for fighting you back in sand's thread down in Sweet Peas) |
