T O P I C R E V I E WasclibrasagsunIn synastry and the composite what points to unresolved karma or fateful relationships?I have 12th house sun and 10th house pluto with a partner. This is karmic?sweet-scorpionYes, there are some aspects and placements that carry heavy karmic and fateful implications. From personal experience and readings I'll list some:Moon-Pluto, especially conjunction, is very spiritually intense and heavy and somewhat fated... both feel so emotionally drawn to one another. The Moon will feel the psychic, cosmic and sometimes frightening controlling presence of the Pluto but will find that in the end, pulling away leaves them feeling almost shell-shocked, and Pluto feels this but with more inner-rage and extreme emotion than the Moon does. So yes, it can be very soothing, loving, submerging emotionally but inducing fear through emotional transformation and control, etc. Except the two rarely can get away from each other! This is a paradox aspect. It's the aspect of Kathy and Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights.Saturn in the 7th in synastry shows some heavy but potentially enlightening karma. For the 7th house person they will feel that this person weighs heavily in their hearts and they could consider them either a burden or a 'rock' to lean on in terms of relationships and commitments. At times they might feel Saturn pressures them to conform or rather 'shape it up' in relationships but if the 7H Person pulls through and works at it, they will be so grateful for trying. Think Angie and Brad - Brad's Saturn in her 7th. She had so many failed relationships and obviously was reluctant to marry even though they have 6 kids. But they worked and worked at it and are so happy now, and she's even engaged.Saturn-Venus. Again, similar to Saturn in the 7th but not nearly as easy to work with. Can make the Venus person feel romantically restricted by Saturn, or in some instances the vice versa. It depends on the sign and placement. Many 12H composite planets, or someone's Moon, Sun, Venus or Mars landing in your 12th or vice versa. asclibrasagsun quote:Originally posted by sweet-scorpion:Yes, there are some aspects and placements that carry heavy karmic and fateful implications. But i think, look at them when you already have some clues like NN/SN, Saturn, water houses, etc. Asteroid Karma should be relevant too. Maybe pay attention to Chiron as well. lalalindaThe North Node shows the path (by house and sign) that you take to achieve your souls destiny. Here you will attain enlightenment. This is not a past life contact, because you're not there yet.The South Node is your Karmic Node, it shows a past life connection it also shows lessons in this lifetime that you will have to overcome and rise above to reach your North Node potential. By doing this it resolves Karmic debt.I highly recommend Martin Schulman's Karmic Astrology series. This is a must read for any serious Karmic Astrology student. (I only see the north node in it)lalalindaThe South Node is exactly opposite the North Node.asclibrasagsunSo with the north node in the 4th house, the south node would be in the 10th. I am not understanding how the relationship is tied in between these two houses then. In the composite we would need to work on a career together in order to build a family structure with each other? quote:Originally posted by lalalinda:The South Node is exactly opposite the North Node.Dancing Maenadbump------------------~the raving one dancing in the nude~

Any Saturn contacts, especially to the ruler of the Ascendant or Sun and Moon another important contact.
A South Node contact is another. The SN signifies a past life contact, and Karmic debt.
