naturalbeige | Just starting looking this up. Which aspects in the natal charts indicate vision problems? What about transits and progressions, indications of vision changes both good and bad? |
Ellynlvx | Some sort of Aries affliction? |
anonymidarkness | ^ I agree with that, Aries rules eyes. What is T. Uranus in Aries doing in your chart? |
naturalbeige | Here's my chart with transits. I've been noticing vision changes for the past couple of weeks, and am thinking that working in IT may not be right for me because of it. I've been wearing glasses since I was 14, and my last exam was in January. Uploaded with ImageShack.us |
23 | In traditional astrology, the 1st house rules the body, however, the Sun rules the eyes but the right eye in males and left in females. I have Sun in Aquarius which is in detriment. I don't have eye problems but could have eye problems in the future as my uncle had glaucoma and I have very high eye pressure - John Frawley, The real astrology applied. page 131 http://www.horoscopeswithin.com/planets.php http://www.sky-script.co.uk/sun_att.html |
Janah | Hey! I've heard somewhere that Jupiter in contact with the 8th house in a weak position can give bad eye vision. I see that you have Jupiter making a hard aspect to your personal planet in the 8th. Plus, the signs are Pisces and Virgo. Most Virgo influenced people I know need or wear glasses. And you already know the reputation Pisces has in astrology. If it worsens, please visit a doctor. |
Ellynlvx | Is that the North Node in Aries? Eclipses are coming up that will have your Nodes crossed. I would have this checked out NOW. |
Violets | Hm. I'm pretty sure that I was born legally blind, but my vision can be corrected to close to 20/20 with glasses or contacts. As far as Aries is concerned, I have Aries Venus in 9th opp Libra Pluto in 3rd. I just noticed that I also have Juno/Chiron conjunct in Aries/9th, square my Cap Mars in 6th...Maybe Chiron and Mars square in Aries/Capricorn? I dunno. All I know is that I can't see anything without my glasses or contacts. |
