I have the square,Leo Venus Sq scorp Uranus. I'm not flighty in nature at all. Actually am exactly the opposite. But, 'my freedom' is a very sensitive issue. I can go to extreme just to make a statement.
Since Uranus stays in a sign for almost 7 years I don't think it has a distinct meaning based on its sign placement alone, however it does have a very important distinct personal significance based on the aspects it makes, the house it is in,and also we have to look at the dispositor of uranus, aspects and so on. Uranus is a planet that brings radical changes, that deviates from the norms or particular characteristics that the house it resides in stands for. I have uranus in scorp. I have a very personal way to show emotions that is very unconventional, that may not be the ''norm''. Recently I've been looking at my chart in the equal house system .I was surprised by how much more sense it makes since in the equal house system I have a 8th house stellium that squares scorp uranus.
I would think that Uranus in Cap brings unconventional ideas and opinions. The keyword for Uranus is to deviate. Depending on the house no it's in,and also depending on the type of friction it imposes on the whole natal chart it will likely bring radical change to the person,in specific areas represented by that house.
