I think that Chiron has to do with "self-healing" more than anything else. Or at-least that is what I believe the crux of Chiron energy is all about.I still maintain that Chiron is the true ruler of Virgo.
But anyway, this "healing" is a practical application through giving to others what you've always wanted to receive for yourself.
So the "wound" of someone with Chiron in 10th suggest being sensitively affected by issues pertaining to this house i.e a strong need to seen as a "success" or have a life that is "purpose driven".
There is definitely a strong "perfectionist" streak about conducting the affairs related to this house.
Whatever the motivating factors are i.e: Perhaps the individual had parents that were unemployed or didn't enjoy a good reputation?
Perhaps the more significant parent made them feel that they were simply not "good enough" and would never amount to anything?
Maybe they had to compete with siblings and it seemed that nothing they did was ever applauded and they never heard "well done"?
The key to "self-nourishment" is very much in the same house as the "wound" is manifested/magnified.
So I would advise that someone who has Chiron in 10th house, focus more on giving others that which they hope to receive for themselves.
In the 10th, it could be that one gives a sense of purpose and acknowledge the efforts of those people whom one manages or is working with etc.
Perhaps they could be a mentor for an intern and provide the intern with purpose, encouragement and direction?
Perhaps they could become consultants for managers in training them to be more sensitive to employer-employee relations and the importance of employee development?
Perhaps they could be actively encouraging and a source of great motivation to their own children; instilling a sense of pride with regards to whom they are and what they can achieve in the world?
They could also be career motivators; giving people the necessary tools to plan, develop and take charge of their careers etc.
Whatever they decide to do with regards to the 10th house, it must be something that "feeds back" to that inner child they once knew whom perhaps was lost, afraid and unsure of self; needing guidance and a helping hand to be the best that she/he could be.
This is a sure way in which they'll continually heal and attain power from their "wounds".
