T O P I C R E V I E WLibra5643Would planet aspects be able to help squaring signs be more compatible? for example, scorpio moon and aquarius moon square each other. if the scorpio moon is tightly conjunct mercury and the aquarius moon is tightly conjunct neptune would they be compatible? since mercury rules gemini and thats compatible with aquarius and neptune rules pisces which is compatible with scorpio. if it does help how much more compatible would they be?lvASTROI think it would. Contacts/aspects help by familiarizing the native with the inherent energy. Thus, both would be familiar with that type of display for said planetary position, at least superficially. It also depends on other factors, too,I believe. It's the same for the so-called heavy aspects on synastry/composite. Squares/harsh contacts to Venus/Pluto, for instance. If both parties have them on the natal level, they'd be more comfortable with them in the relationship and it wouldn't be AS big of a deal. But, as always, other factors.Another type of example: I have Pluto in retrograde Scorpio. My boo has Venus retrograde Scorpio. Normally these energies would be "blocked" and notably unable to fully express themselves, externally. However, since they contact, and both are retrograde, I believe they are pulled from being expressed inwardly and are much more extroverted in the arena of our relationship, because it feels "familiar." Both are retrograde, but the motion is homogenous, so there is an understanding that pulls the energy outward. They are almost functioning directly.RandallGood answer. Libra5643i see, another example is what if someone had venus in pisces and the other person has neptune in the first house with capricorn rising or any other rising sign besides pisces. would this be like venus conjunct ascendant in synastry? since neptune rules pisces even though its in another sign, but in first house? sorry if this is a confusing question
