Here in my chart I have an intercepted axis, too. The Pisces-Virgo-axis. Pisces is intercepted in 3rd house, Virgo in 9th house (because the 3rd house cusp falls into Aquarius, and no housecusp falls into Pisces.

Initially people may notice the configuration on the cusp.
Aquarius on 3rd house cusp with Uranus peregrine on 11th house cusp.
Intellectual, analytical, a bit crazy, a bit detached.
And then, uups, we are stumbling across Pisces, intercepted with Neptune on ASC. Uups, where does the idealism, the romanticism, the fantasizing come from all at once?
There are theories saying the intercepted planets and signs are not easily accessible, however I can´t say that is true in my chart. My Pisces Jupiter is VERY accesible to me.
Jude Law has Leo intercepted in 8th house, and Aquarius in 2nd house
(the initial apparoch to 8th house matters might be indicated by his Moon, ruler of the cusp, in Libra conj. Uranus in 10th house - bu once the motor of the 8th house started, oops, the vaguely hidding Leo comes up, with Sun in 1st house in Cap square Pluto)
