Some astrologers claim that people with retrograde placements thrive during the return of the associated planets. So my mind is supposed to be in top gear during mercury retrograde (right now). I can't tell if that's really happening but I do notice myself being more reflective and contemplative these past couple weeks. Although I don't know how much that benefits me since everyone else is supposed to be mentally cloudy right now.Seimei quote:Originally posted by livictori:I've got:Saturn Leo in house 10 retrogradeUranus Scorpio in house 1 retrogradePluto Libra in house 12 retrogradeTrue Node Libra in house 1 retrogradeDoes that mean I feel them more or less when they return? You will not experience Outer planet returns unless born shortly before there forward stations. As transits Uranus at around age 83-84 and 3 Saturn returns if you live that long. You will experience Nodal returns but they are always retrograde. Nodal returns are about coming full circle with whatever connections you make in life. What do you have for 18 years? What friendships and what values did you keep as a result those connections, and the relationship of those connections with your destiny. Between 20-22 Uranus will have made 1/4 of a trip around the Sun , thus making a 3rd quarter square to where it began. This will occur roughly when Saturn has traveled 3/4 trip thus also making a square to where it began. At this phase of life we make decisions about the course of our lives. Understanding the tension in yourself represented by those two squares often lies in the midpoint between the two. Balancing what they represent for us at that age The return of Saturn at 28-29 years of life is a setting in of those decisions we made and the course we took. as far as retrogrades themselves for outer planets I reflect on the fact that planets do not really travel in reverse and the earth viewed position is never far from the sun viewed position.------------------Seimei,Jupiter NadirValentine[QUOTE]Originally posted by CosmiqPhuz:[B]My natal Mercury in Scorpio is retrograde.
