T O P I C R E V I E WgoatcatWhat are the common traits of those with their Node Node in Capricorn? RandallBump!ElysiaBump. I have this too. goatcatBumpgoatcatI keep falling for men with this placement and I don't think I like it!wheresthemoonProbably the more appropriate question would be what are the traits of south node in cancer, since most young people haven't lived up to their north node potential yet. I have this. South node in cancer is someone who needs to rise above being trapped by their emotions, overdramatizing things...is working towards structure and a stronger sense of responsibility and status as opposed to clinging to what is familiar and soothes them emotionally. We are working towards coming out of our shell and risking security to make our mark on the world. Also the nodes move pretty slow so it might be a generational aspect that is making you not like us lol. You would like people to need you and may resist the idea that they can take care of themselves. That's what you have to overcome. mztiny quote:Originally posted by wheresthemoon:Probably the more appropriate question would be what are the traits of south node in cancer, since most young people haven't lived up to their north node potential yet. I have had to deal with my SN for years now (I'm 43)...very emotional, wallowing in self pity etc etc. When I go to work/6th house I feel better, I don't like it but it takes me out of my 12th house of undoing. BelageI think these people tend to make safe choices when it comes to relationships and careers when they are young, because they want financial security. They focus on home, hearth and family. They are masters at nest building. Then as they get older, they slowly try to find ways to leave the nest they so carefully constructed, while still maintaining financial security. They start exploring and become more adventurous in their search for financial rewards because they long to make names for themselves in the world and be respected for their professional achievements.
I have this too.
