margym0o | Particularly a watery grand trine as seen in my chart below...extreeeeeme sensitivity. Does anyone else with one feel this same way? I've always read it is a blessing to have one because it is a "gift that comes naturally" but I'm having a hard time seeing the bright side of so much water. I feel it's gotten worse as I've gotten older - maybe moreso after astrology has brought it to my attention (self-fulfilling prophecy?). I struggle with what I perceive to be personal criticisms against me (at work, in my personal life, etc.) and take everything to heart, whereas another person may just laugh or brush it off. I've also read as part of a kite, there is supposed to be some outlet where the opposition is directed but I'm trying to understand what this means. Are you supposed to channel this "gift" into something meaningful? I always thought perhaps a career in counselling or the like might best suit this but then I worry I might get too invested in the people I've helping...lol. Anyone struggle with the same thing? Or with other trines? |
Sulkyarcher | I have a grand trine in fire. I can have trouble dealing with introverts because I find them alien-like, being self-contained, conservative, quiet, and private. |
visions | I have a grand trine in water. I can have trouble dealing with extroverts because I find them alien-like, being intrusive, too expansive, annoying and noisy. |

Yes, but I didn't call introverts annoying, intrusive, or noisy. I just said I have trouble dealing with them. That's what makes my comment different from yours. And when I say alien-like, I just mean we're too different. I don't know how to relate to them. |

Sulkyarcher | I also apologize to anybody I offended, especially introverts. I just added too many words and it might have came off too aggressive/strong. Oh, and add that to my trouble with my grand trine in fire. I don't always know how to not come on too aggressive. |

It was hell when I used to work in retail. I would absorb so much different energy in such a short amount of time I would go home and wonder who the hell I even was anymore, still carrying some peoples complaints or burdens with me even long after clocking out. It's hard being a psychic sponge. [/B]
i can't find better words to describe my own chart. greatly said Athenaia...!!! |
girlwiththerainysoul | I have a water grand trine (mars, pluto, moon) and I actually find it a blessing. it saves me a lot of trouble from letting the wrong kind of people (energy vampires who or people with much negativity who suck the life force out of others and leave them tried) get close to me, because I can detect them quite fast. |

moongaze | I have a Water Grand Trine with Moon, Pluto, and Mercury along with a kite that includes Uranus and Neptune. I'm extremely sensitive, introverted, as well as an HSP. I soak up everyone's energy like a sponge and any negative encounter stays with me pretty much forever. This makes it difficult to face criticism, ridicule, etc. because I too take everything to heart. I have tried brushing it off in the past, but it never works. This probably stems from me being too self-critical, having low self-esteem, and perhaps maybe having some form of OCD too. I've realized throughout the years that I have to be less impulsive and plan out my actions in order to prevent myself from getting into too much trouble that can affect me mentally. I can't ever forget things that have hurt me deeply, but I can heal myself a little easier by being alone and doing calming things like painting, yoga, listening to music, etc. Having a lot of water energy is not easy, but there are good sides to it as well. I try to nourish the good things it brings, like creative endeavors and intuition. Also, counseling would make a great career for someone with a lot of water energy. |
waxlobster | I immediately think 'Kurt Cobain' when I think grand water trine. Great talent but I probably too sensitive to deal with the fame and the lifestyle that goes with all that. Amazing talent though. I recommend doing reiki. I'm a grand air/water trine and have been able to 'protect myself' most of the time since I did reiki. ♥ It changes your life. ------------------ blog: http://waxlobster.blogspot.co.uk/ |
visions | i have a double water grand trine mercury conjunct mars trine jupityer trine Uranus and i am surfing on the stars. |
Aries23Degrees | I read a book that described trines as being "the path of least resistance" . And that it is actually trines not squares, that are responsible for accidents. The square makes one extra sensitive and vigilant whilst the trine says "let it be" or is the proverbial "blind spot". Moon/Mercury/Jupiter trine has you go with the flow and be more "accepting". It opens your emotional nature up and can make you trusting This trine suggest that there is no inner resistance towards expressing your emotional nature and don't really care for judgement by others. That is the trine nature essentially. The issues are there in the square/ opposition aspects in your chart. Sun/Asc square Mercury/Mars opposition Venus/Pluto square Chiron/Uranus opposition Uranus/Jupiter square Jupiter square Mercury Jupiter square Sun Jupiter square Asc Such a fascinating such margym0o

So the squares/oppositions are where the negative feelings are coming from? Makes sense. How does the Mercury/Mars opposition as part of that trine play into all of it? Is it how I release it? This one has always stumped me a little...especially the houses. Some squares I fully own. Venus sq. Pluto I could write a novel on. The Jupiter squares cause me to "overdo" I'm guessing. |
