We look to astrological insight to understand the "how it can be happening". Not to look for "please let it happen".Look to declination aspects too. These count. So the changes you want to happen happen when you say "come what may".I first got a glimpse of the body i would like to have post high school and signed for gym membership . But i wanted overnight results and threw in the towel after 6 months.It wasn't until i realized that if i stop comparing myself to guys on Men's Health magazines etc. That the goal became clear : getting the body I want is NOT a destination . But a journey. The person I wanted to become was the best ME.I got started. I got started. I just got started. And the gains were incremental. Transit helped to peak energy and in other instances, life happened. But am very pleased with my progress.I have Mars-Asc, Mercu/Asc square, Mars/Moon opp and square respectively with Mars-Jupiter sextile and Pluto widely conjunct Mars.Sun parrallel Mercury, Mercury parallel Jupiter and so I have a lot of nervous energy-and that needs release. WhenI was huge, it felt like the thing to do, others are very motivating.I believe Saturn might 'now' be of help. I'm ♐Rising.
