Although I agree with your suggestion that harsh aspects might better define the Vertex lessons. (I'm still looking for mine) -I respectively disagree that Qs andBQs are insignificant, as many others do. They are merely misunderstood and in certain instances they may carry more powerllewsacmQuintiles and biquintiles are helpful to explore. The major aspects are more easily identified yes. That vertex energy point is questionable...very much so, and mysterious to the point where I think not many have really tapped into it on a personal level. These aspects are beneficial in nature so a connection to the vertex in this respect is something to at least try to focus on...if only for self understanding. For myself, I look at anything that "opens" the vertex point in my chart, which would be a transit or natal aspect, and evaluate what has occurred during my life when highlighted by transit, and reflect upon my life path with natal. I think quintiles aspects are not so noticable because they may be taken for granted, or the native just does not see them as a beneficiary aspect...at least at first. I have biquitiles from Jupiter to Mars/Saturn in my chart. I am lucky...lol. as I get older, I am seeing that my choices are very often rewarding me with my daily life (Jupiter in the 6th) even with so much to juggle. People tell me all the time, they don't know how I do it...everyday. but really I don't feel like I am overexerting myself to get what I need. To provide for my family, to have a work/life balance, etc. So, I am starting to see a connection with these biquintiles. I hope this helps you somewhat. The vertex is a mysterious source...so I would advise focusing on the transits. I have had huge life changes with the vertex activated, and when that happens, Uranus and the mc will also be activated...at least for you!
