I have Mercury on the Mc myself. But my Mercury is ruled by Saturn(its in Cap).I have changed jobs quite a few times because I feel very restless and dissatisfied in my career.
You have Uranus and Mercury in aspect to the Mc. So conceptually you know that you can do many things. And envision yourself able to deal with new environments etc.
But Pluto opp to the Midheaven suggests you don't like taking orders, are sensitive to how people speak to you and can be irritated with being micro managed.
Venus aspects Pluto and so Venus also aspects the midheaven. The anger won't come out suddenly. But after abveryblong time of enduring very testing people/conditions.
I find Venus/Pluto in aspect to be the "bucket is full" effect. When these people are gatvol, that is it! They absolutely want to cut all contacts with those who out them in that conditions and go on their way. No questions asked. Goodbye!!!
I find Gem/Merc Midheaven very akin to the Lion King song "Circle of life" line "There is far too much to take in here. More to find than can ever be found.."
They probably will not welcome old age well I.e they will still feel there is lots to see and lots to explore up to the very end.
So most times, these guys may need to keep their ambitions or destinations "open ended". Because even before getting to where they are going, they are pulled in another direction.
So perhaps they are studying for a medical degree. And then they find that whilst studying towards that degree, a friend of theirs is doing psychology. Then their interest is aroused etc.
I wouldn't advise a Gem Midheaven to promise " forever after" to anyone. Unless that person has Venus/Moon/Sun conjunct their midheaven. Because these people can't promise that life will unfold in a straight line.
Even when it does tart to unfold in a straight line, they welcome and are excited by any interruption (especially when Uranus is transiting and with you its part of your natal aspect)
