When interpreting configurations in harmonic charts, we first need to look at how the planets involved are connected in the natal chart ... because it is how they manifest in the natal chart that we are actually trying to ascertain.
And, in the image above, we can see immediately that (in the natal chart) Saturn-Uranus-Pluto are connected via the 60th harmonic aspect (i.e.. multiples of 6 degrees). ... Saturn-Pluto = 2/60ths ... Saturn-Uranus = 5/60ths ... Uranus-Pluto = 7/60ths.
The 60H = 5H x 12H. ... And, in Harmonic Astrology in Practice, David Hamblin hypothesises that the 5H = a mental/intellectual ability to create order out of chaos and that the 12H = striving to enjoy/find pleasure (in a thing/activity). ... So, let's assume here that the 60H = striving to enjoy creating order out of chaos. (Although, my own belief is that the 5H = a mental/intellectual ability to recognise patterns.)
Then ... looking again at the natal chart (rather than the 5H chart) ... we can see that this 60H behavioural trait is confined to the 6th house (of everyday activities) + 7th house (of intimate relationships) - and the signs of Scorpio (the analyst) + Sagittarius (the optimist). ... So, now this natal 60H triangle might be indicating a behavioural trait of "seeking to bring out the best in others". ... (Although how it actually manifests can only be determined by you, since no-one else has the detailed knowledge required to review the past/future events created by the activation of this natal triangle.)

Now (but not before) the above information has been gleaned from the natal chart, we can examine the 5H chart (as a stand-alone) in its own right/context.
And the first step here is to recognise that this is a chart of ONE specific behavioural trait (amongst the many revealed/indicated in the natal chart). ... Thus, the 5H chart relates specifically/only to the "mental/intellectual ability to create order out of chaos" (or to recognise patterns) - and its Yod is focused upon that purpose alone.
In step 2, we then need to recognise/bear in mind that both houses and signs have no interpretive meaning/value in harmonic charts. ... So, we are concerned only with the meaning of the planets which form the Yod - and how the influence of those planets is modified by the aspects made to other planets in the 5H chart.
Hence, we see immediately that Pluto (the analyst) is conjunct Moon (the nurturer) and Jupiter (the believer/optimist) - which is probably confirming that this is a person who "analyses others, to bring out the best in them".
More importantly though ... we now see that the 12H contacts in this Yod (from Saturn and Uranus) are concerned with "striving to enjoy" the process of freeing others from the limitations of Saturn - (although I prefer to use the term "childhood conditioning" rather than "the limitations of Saturn").
