RandallHappy Father's Day!RandallGlad you have such a bond with your dad.RandallMy dad, not so much. PearltyYes Randall it is beautiful he and I have that bond. When I wrote this I was thinking back when I was in elementary school. I had such trouble reading and more so comprehension. I had tutoring in school and my parents paid for tutoring outside of school as well; I didn't grasp much from either of those sources. My dad though however; was blue collar yet an entrepreneur at the time working very hard for us- he would take the time to read with me, study with me, made sure I understood what we had just worked on in the evenings. That door was kind of stuck until he helped unhinge it for me, and then I just took off with reading, grasping, and exploring the literary side of life.(poems) Thanks to him. I'm sorry about your sad face for your dad. You know the beautiful thing about life is -love doesn't always multiply or necessarily infiltrate within life's early stages. However; sometimes the people we meet later on make up for that whether it's a significant other, a girlfriend, boyfriend, a friend, neighbor..etc. Feeling of full circle can appear anytime in life and it's a treasure. Reminding us the past is just that- the past. My parents went to Journey and The Steve Miller band concert this past Friday and posted their pics. on FB, they are almost too cute for words sometimes. Also my dad at 73 is taking an inherent interest in Astrology lately- I think in certain circumstances of the late and with the unknown he is seeking its benefices as a viable insight. Which I find wonderful and I'm more than grateful for the help- received Ellynlvx quote:Originally posted by Randall:My dad, not so much. I'm Sorry. Pearlty*
