T O P I C R E V I E Wozonefiller...and all got to say about the film is that Moore pretty much has pointed out all the things that I have pretty much known about Bush anyway,I just think that this is more of a movie that more or less reaches out the the American people that are so poor, that they can't afford the access(with either time or money)the information that is provided by the film and I think that it is only so much to be like that as of a "McInfo" onto the fact that it is just fast information and a brief "sum up" that only points out to a certain part of the Bush Adiminstration of 9/11 and the "War on Terror"! No wonder why Michael Moore was thanking the Repukes for the bad press on his film, they pretty much made him more money on the same exact thing that anybody can get over the internet practically for free! The only part of the movie that really suprises me is that of Britney Spears blowing bubbles and popping her gum(rudely) as she was stating that "I just think we should trust in our president, and be faithful in everything we do" now I know that Bush is sure not getting it in the Oval Office,he must be getting it in the Blue Room! Tell me something JW,being that she represents the youth of America,do you think that this blond, Barbie Doll, bubble head should be drafted? 26taurusYes, I have to say it wasnt earth shattering for me either. But I did learn a few things. And thought it was fabulous and plan on seeing it again to soak it all in more. I'm glad this info is now out for people who are oblivious to all of this.I know - the Britney Spears part made me want to puke.ozonefillerThat's right 26taurus,maybe she's the one that should "SHUT UP AND JUST SING!" hehehe.ozonefillerI also put special note on that American flag-waiver Lila Lipscomb where she had such a hatred for the protesters of this war and that of Veitnam, but as soon as she got the news about her son getting killed in the Iraqi war,by the end of the film, she ended up whistling a new tune for the Bush Adiminstration! It's funny how things change for those who bare such a loss without reason.I think that it's just a reminder for Americans to pay more attention on who they vote for in the political world and not go by anygiven "name tag" just because he or she is a Republican or a Demorcrat and to really find out what that politician actually stands for!ozonefillerLetterman's Top Ten List: Top Ten George W. Bush Complaints About "Fahrenheit 9/11":10. That actor who played the President was totally unconvincing 9. It oversimplified the way I stole the election8. Too many of them fancy college-boy words7. If Michael Moore had waited a few months, he could have included the part where I get him deported6. Didn't have one of them hilarious monkeys who smoke cigarettes and gives people the finger5. Of all Michael Moore's accusations, only 97% are true4. Not sure - - I passed out after a piece of popcorn lodged in my windpipe3. Where the hell was Spider-man?2. Couldn't hear most of the movie over Cheney's foul mouth1. I thought this was supposed to be about dodgeball Rainbow~Ozone.....how wise not to say a word about the movie 'til you had actually seen it....I made the mistake of "supporting" it on the many threads about it (both here and on the FREE FOR ALL FORUM) and took a bit of heat for making supporting comments before I had actually seen the movie...Might have been cause I scolded others for doing that.....particularly those who were putting it down, left and right!... But like you, I knew about this stuff before Michael ever put it in "movie form," so my opinions were formed long before...Well anyway, today I'm going to finally see the movie...the delay was cuz I kinda hoped that it would come to my little town (which is currently playing spiderman and stepford wives til god know when)Since it looked like I might wait til the cows come home for it to get here (if at all), my friend and I decided to go out of town to see it... ozonefillerTrue that Rainbow, I don't really know what all the fuss is all about with the film, but alot of what we've mentioned here in this forum is in it ! And to try to pass it off(by the Repukes) that it's a Micheal Moore opinionated point of view is BS,you'll find out real quick that you already knew about what is being talked about on the film, I would only call the film a spoof by the fact that it just shows how Americans today are so ill-imformed and so distracted over the needless BS of the world today,it's no wonder how or why Twiggy got to "cut" so many lines in life!Just take the harsh(but valuable)lesson from Lila Lipscomb, don't become a Conservative Demorcrat before the elections this year!
