Thanks for posting this.Interesting that Intercept was sent the first salvo of "documents" that lead to an arrest. Listening to the video when she stated that Intercept has so far been skeptical of the collusion charge Trump/Russia I wrongly assumed they must be a right leaning internet news source.
I was wrong: http://mediabiasfactcheck.com/the-intercept/
So, I look to who owns them:
The Intercept is an online publication launched in February 2014 by First Look Media, the news organization created and funded by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar.[3] The editors are Betsy Reed, Glenn Greenwald, and Jeremy Scahill;[1] former editor Laura Poitras moved to Field of Vision, a First Look Media project focused on non-fiction films. wiki
What is clear to me is that organizations that are continuing to probe for the truth are being targeted. She brings up the recent CNN firings, CBS Dan Rather.
Maddow is not only telling us, she is warning other publications to be very very sure about their reporting. One discrediting, one false document will continue to travel down the road of factions hellbent on making journalistic reporting moot.
This is what Trump is trying to do. He is saying Listen only to me
only I know truth.
@JW ^
Did you know that Maddow was mentored by Roger Ailes? He offered her a job at FOX albeit to do "nothing" that's how badly he wanted her off the air.
Good on her.
